I made this and it turned out to be delicious!!! I have been having this since two weeks now and it’s an amazing recipe but the water is turning a little milky from the top , I have stored it in air tight glass container… should I be worried? Are they going bad?
Hi, a small suggestion. Use alum (Phitkari) for washing amla, wipe it thoroughly and dry under sunlight for sometime. No change of any fungal formation.

You can keep it in fridge as it will keep fermenting. to slow the fermentation process better to keep in fridge, it can stay good for upto 1year
