How to make & preserve Amla Juice / आंवला जूस कैसे बनाए और महीनों तक स्टोर करे / No Preservative

An amla a day helps in better immunity, helps to burn fat, helps to regulate blood sugar, has more vitamin C than orange, has cardio protective properties, rich in vitamin B1, B2, and improves eyesight .It acts as a body coolant.
In this video I am showing a very easy way to make and store amla juice for 6 to 8 months and that also preservative free. It is very easy to make. This is the best alternative to the similar products available in the market.
Uses/Benefits of Amla Juice
Best Solution for constipation Problems: Take one glass of water and add two teaspoons of Amla juice to it. Drink this while getting up in the morning before going to toilet and see the magic.
Amla juice for hair: This is also best to apply on hairs. Dip a cotton ball in the juice and apply on the roots of hair. Then massage hair gently. Wash hairs after one hour and you will feel your hair gets smooth and silky.
Amla juice for weight loss: Add two teaspoons of amla syrup into one glass of water. Add some black salt to it as per your taste. Drink in the morning with an empty stomach.
Amla juice for skin: This juice also acts to treat pimples on the skin. Take some drops on a cotton ball. Apply the juice on the pimples to lessen their effect.

I have found another way to make amma juice even without mixy or juicer. I cut amla into small pieces and put it in clean water at night. Next day morning I drink only water which is sour. I don't throw the solid part yet. Again I put it in cup of water and drink it in the evening. By evening all tastes of solid parts of Amla will disappear and water will have absorbed most nutrients. It is most simple process but only doubt: is it safe to keep amla pieces in water for 24 hours? Can you kindly answer? (Last year I used to make amla juice in a mixy every day but it is time consuming. We have our own amla tree so I get fresh amla everyday and don't have to bother about storing amla for log time. My issue is using mixy every day to make juice! I have also problem in eating amla directly with salt etc. My stomach reacts very badly.)

You can keep amla piece in water there is no issue. You can use those chunks of amla in cooking alternative of tomato.

Warm water can't do much damage, actually boiling that too for more than 10 mins. lowers the concentration as the water absorbs vitamin C. So no need to worry.
