My mom was 62 when she first saw South Park, and she couldn’t stop laughing. She made me show her the rest. By far her favorite is Butters, followed by Randy and cartman. Now she’s 69, and still binges this show on wed and fri, and gets sooooo giddy if it’s a “butters episode”. Anytime she hears “loo loo loo...” she gets hysterical. My mom has the best sense of humor. Love ya mom!

Butters is the nicest character in South Park and one who you want to be friends with.
The poor boy doesn’t deserve all the bad treatments from the boys and his parents. He gets grounded all the time for the trouble that he caused, the troubles that his friends caused and other silly reasons that his parents see as bad/misbehave.
While at the times he may be a jerk but he does have the right.

@gayleyoung399 people are complete jokers. Butters is the absolute opposite of wholesome. He's as bad as any of them but in my mind worse. Knows right from wrong but his default is awful. He encourages fights, is a very successful pimp and is the kind of person that 'goes along for the ride'. May not always instigate but if others mess around he'll join in. That's a bad kind of evil. He has no moral compass. Only cares about not getting grounded as opposed to actually being a good person. F*** butters, he isn't wholesome at all. Kenny or Stan are as close as it gets and even they... maybe Stan but in reality everyone is awful in this series.
