That song is called Kyle’s Mum is a Bitch. It is from the 1999 South Park Movie: Bigger Longer Uncut which was a musical. It was critically acclaimed, was a commercial success and laid down a marker that South Park could not be censored because it’s creators are simply genius and that comedy was their medium.
