4runner windshield wiper fluid reservoir mod / delete

In this video I show how to remove the windshield wiper fluid reservoir to clear up space for bigger tires or in my case a cleaner look with a tube bumper. If you have any questions leave a comment below and i will reply.

I have a 4th Gen 4Runner and am planning to remove the reservoir completely. I'm an old fart and in all the years of old and new cars, I think I may have use the windshield washer maybe 5 times.
I bought a brand new 2003 Tacoma and just last year gave it to my son. I never used the windshield washer on that truck. The reservoir is cracked just from age!
That space you placed the reservoir in is needed for replacement of headlight bulbs. Hope the reservoir is easily removed.

Ya I’ve replaced the bulbs multiple times at this point it’s not a huge issue but def in the way. I live in Utah where it’s snowy and wet so I def need the fluid.

This is great! I was looking to to the exact same thing but didn’t know where to start. I want to cut as much away in the front end to open up the front wheels and approach angle. Thanks!

Vegas Viking no this is after.. but it’s off because I was working on painting it. It’s painted now and I’m working on that video but it’s kinda boring just spray painting . I also painted all the red under the grill black. Was this vid easy enough to follow? I’m gonna upload a video of my 1992 samurai today so stay tuned! Thanks for watching man
