His high attack power is offset by his lack of versatility. Giving him lifesteal at least made him capable of holding his own for a little while against Roadhog (highest HP in the game and healing power). But no one fears Reaper in a straight fight, he is a lethal flanker though.

The cinematics are also inaccurate by that standard. Also, the guns have two barrels and it's possible that he can fire exploding flak shells not used in the game.
This video is the first video that I've seen by you and I can tell that with some more time, practice, and experience that some day you'll be an amazing animator
