@@normalguysupercar I mean I get the investment part of a car but for me..I own it then I’m driving it. I just enjoy seeing these cars out and about. Really fun. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina and see cars like this all the time. Really great seeing them get used. Can’t wait till I have the opportunity to purchase one.
@@benjigamestoo7164 i'm lazy.... i will be making some drone videos hopefully when I get my car back hopefully soon (rebuilt DCT) after tranny light 7 weeks ago!
For a lot of people, this car is the only way they could ever own a Ferrari, so I can see why it sold so fast. I gotta say, I'm really impressed by how well it's held up, the wear is mostly cosmetic. There's a lot of German luxury cars that would be completely falling apart after such use.
One of my favorite thing about you guys is how forthright you are on the non-perfect parts of the car. Tons of dealers try to hide or neglect to mention any defects that their cars they have for sale. Hope more dealers follow your example
As much hell as people have given it, it really is a nice spec....the matt finish makes it stand out from the rest, gorgeous interior and with some TLC, it can be restored for more smiles per gallon !!!!
It is a great ad for Ferrari. Also the 488's endurance testing by Whistling Diesel did surprisingly well. People would do better just driving these cars vs trying so hard to keep them below 10k miles IMHO. They do better with some miles.
Depending on the asking price for it, these cars can be totally retrofitted in the aftermarket with carbon kits that reach far beyond Ferraris factory design for both interior and exterior. In todays world of aftermarket, anybody can be a Mansory. That would have been a great project for you guys, and it sells if done properly.
Maybe rename your channel. "Rough but Affordable Ferrari's for Sale". You could capture a lot of the Corvette buyers, whom I believe really want a Ferrari but can't normally afford one.
This car is a happy car, it's been driven a lot instead of rusting in a garage. If only ppl enjoyed their cars more instead of thinking about the resale value.
Come on the 458 is iron-clad for a Ferrari 98,000 miles Boeing scare me. Drive a car often and it will last so much longer. The items you showed are more cosmetic than anything so what. This is a true daily driver in my books.
98k miles? Love it!!!
Everytime you post a car that has 40k + miles…it makes me smile.
Those cars typically run pretty well, not always the best cosmetically but they WORK.

Yeah, it honestly isn't that bad given how hard a life it's had.
Now that is an outstanding 458.
Haha

Oh yeah, it can certainly be cleaned up, but part of me says why bother, just drive the piss out of it and have fun!

Agreed!
Good to see Ferrari's are being driven. Nice video.
Yes indeed!
Seems like a great example of a 'driver'. Nice presentation!
Thanks!
Proof that some turds float!😂

LOL! thanks
What are you talking about? It’s a cream puff and perfect mechanical operating condition
Haha!
I enjoyed the 458 Shitalia video. We thought about looking into it but alas, a 550 is more likely to end up in my garage.
Those are cool
Was this the one that was sold at public auction in CA a few months back?
No
This car is a happy car, it's been driven a lot instead of rusting in a garage. If only ppl enjoyed their cars more instead of thinking about the resale value.
Yup I agree
That's a proper car.
Yes
It's truly a hooptie special. HAHA
Yup
How's Josh, still on holiday ? Going off road with his Range Rover ? lol
He's good. He's around.
The lifetime of a vehicle wrap.
Sir your wrap is finished. Please come back every few weeks for fixes until you get exhausted and give up. Enjoy!
Right?
I am guessing about $120K? I recall Hoovie bought it for $100K, and given market appreciation and your touch ups that's my educated value guess
Nope, well under $100k
@@normalguysupercar I'd be interested if your current arrangement falls through
I’ll guess $60k
was any work done on the DCT transmission?
It was replaced a while back.
@@normalguysupercar makes sense at that mileage i would be SHOCKED if it hadn't...
Add us to the waiting list. FerrParts needs to buy this back we need a shop car.
Haha nice
How much is it compared to a non salvage title car in excellent condition with low mileage?
Basically half or less

Those side mirrors need a chiropractor
Lol yup
I don't want to buy it, but I'd love the be the guy that drives it to 100,000 miles!
Hah! Yes
Off topic, but curious what you think of Audi R8s?
They are ok. Depends on which one and what options.
@@normalguysupercar Yeah, I like them mostly because the V8s are somewhat within the realm of possible for me to afford.

We've had one

Haha thank you
That poor car. I couldn't own it. It would drive me crazy till I got everything fixed. The gift of OCD! lol someone will enjoy it though!
It takes a certain owner but they will have fun
