I am looking to get a brushless motor and esc. I don't have a lot of cash got hurt at work had to have surgery. I am bored and the house i got the same Arrama granite I saw you up grade. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I put a GoolRC brushless setup in the Granite - 60A ESC, 3900KV motor. I do NOT recommend it. That is too high of a KV and too low amperage for the truck. I believe GoolRC makes a 80A esc and 3300kv combo. That might work better. Here is an 80A esc and 3800kv combo: amzn.to/3hFCMg1 The other option is to look on eBay for takeouts to see what you can find.
