Thanks! I have gotten all the brick for building your Technic Mercedes W11. Hoping to do a time lapse. Would you perhaps be interested in doing a stream with me for a bit while I am building? Maybe an episode of Brick Building Together Apart? One of my regulars, 0 Gravity Bricks, has already built your Ferrari, so I am sure he would be excited to participate. Send me a message if you are interested.
Lowering the Ferrari is what I did during building it, the rear is just moving the lower mounting point on the shock 1 hole outward. The front is a little bit harder but doesn't require any extra parts. Can't lower the 911 RSR in the same way though so it's still the offroad 911 RSR By the way, the 911 RSR is actually a mid-engined car in real life aswell! They did that for better weight balance and to make room for a bigger diffuser at the back
There are videos on youtube for lowering both of them without need of extra parts,i did it to my Porsche and Ferrari, and also there is a mod for the gap of the roofline of the porsche.check it out.
I have both. Just finished the Ferrari and am going to lower the suspension via another channel that shows how. Haven’t started the 911, but will definitely check before the build.
You might take a look at this MOD for the 911, I love this guys work. I got the instructions and will be coverting mine soon! ua-cam.com/video/5NU2udNac2M/v-deo.html&lc=UgyD8WrRSmLzdhqhQC94AaABAg.9P0nfwMmTdZ9P18HS5-3kc
Absolutely! It is a great build, but of course, I am in the process of MODing it. Look for more coming as I am working on a project that includes the new set and some fun changes to represent other Discovery missions.
A really cool fix just showed up in my feed to fix the ride height! Take a look at ua-cam.com/video/5bgz_zE9LjE/v-deo.html, cool channel and a cool fix. The only thing I did differently was used a 3L grey axle for the front instead of reusing one of the dark axles.
Great hearing commentary from a real “car guy”on these. Seems like only a few UA-camrs even know what a diffuser is 🤦🏼♂️🤣. Subscribed!
Hello Scott just found your UA-cam channel very cool video's I really like the content very informative and detailed.

Lego needs to make a technix version of the Mercedes amg gt3
Agreed, on the track, the sound of the Mercedes is incredible…still love the Porsches, but can appreciate the V8 growl!
The porsche still looks better
As a Porsche owner, I cannot disagree!
Your sound is bad
Thanks for the feedback. I need to invest in a remote microphone.
