Tinde ki Sabji
Ingredients
1/2 kg tinde
3-4 tbsp oil
1+1/2 tsp deggi mirch pwd
1/2 +1/2 tsp turmeric pwd
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1+1/2 tsp garlic
1+1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp roasted gram flour
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 clove
1" cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
2 green chili
3 onion
3 tomatoes
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
