My grandad had a MK1,took me out in it when he got it. Said to me 'have you ever been at 100 mph' of course I said no,I was only 6,and as we set off he said, 'dont tell your gran'.

I'm sure we are all very fond of Derek but for goodness sake let's see the car please. As for the previous comment about going to view it, "like any normal person would" , that's not so easy when you live 300 miles away.
