This is my first foray into art on this channel. This piece drawn here is a free handed, Attack On Titan anime style expression, emphasizing the shocked expression of the eyes and face. My interpretation, and one that you all can easily do as well. This video is not meant to be a tutorial, just how i happen to draw and an idea I was recently commissioned to produce

Not really an ‘how to’, but I’ll help chip in. To draw a shocked or fearful expression, you should draw the whole eyes visible(wide open), and if possible use a very opaque highlight in the eyes. If you’re gonna draw the mouth too, make it open a bit or slanted downward, as in sad mouth

someday when i have the confidence to teach folks, and when i polish up this piece more i think it would be interesting to bring out the emotion more and revise it. i appreciate your advice!
