🏴☠️Minecraft - Black Pearl Build (Pirates of the Caribbean)
I’m honestly really happy with this one and how it turned out, even though I followed Lord Dakr’s tutorial and made a few modifications to the build such as the sails, it still turned out really well and I hope y’all enjoyed the build along with the world’s end maelstrom theme.
I don’t own any of the copyrights to the song hard in this video and I’m not trying to claim rights in any way.

i’ve watched the third film so many times that just hearing the soundtrack i can say what part of the filme is, for example 4:10 “don’t shoot, wait til is board on board” 4:20 “fire ! fire ! fire, fire ! (pearl starts firing his cannons) fire ! (the dutchman fire his cannons in response) 4:43 “now the camera shows the black pearl receiving a lot of damage but also firing at the dutchman” legendary soundtrack, legendary movie, legendary battle, legendary everything.
honestly it was and still is a favorite film of mine. growing up, and even now looking back at the effort that was put into this film compared to modern projects, like it's astounding. i agree with your sentiment there
Wow. I’ve seen a lot of people try to remake the black pearl in Minecraft. But this has got to be the best

Possibly, if they had a wood that was a dark grey or black that would be really nice, that’s kinda why I’ve been sticking to the concrete, the wood just doesn’t look all that accurate tbh

Hello. I know this would most likely be a really hard ship to build, but could you possibly try and do a tutorial of the Flying Dutchman from pirates of the Caribbean?
i do believe that is an attainable goal, i will see to it that i begin designing and construction of the ship when i have available time

How long did this take/how long did it take for you to finish it?
I had a lot of time over quarantine, I’d say this took maybe 3-5 hours
I like how you used gray concrete instead of gray wool like how lord dakr did it. Did you credit him first before you built it?

i mean the mast should be wood but THATS THE BEST
ive taken the liberty in more recent builds to utilize wood for the masts. honestly the added texture and feel really does help it pop out more

Great build dude I did the same build in my survival but I made it out of wood cause I don’t feel like grinding Concrete in survival lol

i had to keep using the swiftness potions because i was playing on the legacy version of minecraft. the legacy xbox version doesn’t have commands on it

I was considering it, however I previously decided against it since the video was too long, about 4 hours. However I will be doing a livestream on twitch then exporting the raw footage straight here soon. Also the build will be slightly different because I wanna change a lot of stuff on the black pearl

Initiated Gaming that would be great. I want to build this ship as well but the best Black Pearl tutorial on UA-cam currently is the Black Pearl tutorial from Lord Dakr which was like 5 years ago. (It’s not a bad tutorial just seems outdated with the blocks we have in the game now)

why cobblestone though?
The cobblestone may not be accurate in terms of the film coloring, however in terms of this build the cobblestone in my opinion brings out the masts and makes them more distinct from the sails, whereas having it a dark gray or black would make the coloration sorta monotone and boring

I did follow the Lord Dakr tutorial, and I’m also in the process of designing my own, ig more modern version of the Pearl considering his tutorial was 6 years ago and I wanna try to make a newer one for ppl, especially since the release of dead men tell no tales

Why hafe you made the sail so ugly
I have a better method now for creating sails with straightened masts, however back when I made this I wasn’t as experienced and didn’t do as well, I have went in since and modified it to be better

I think it is too honestly, I made some modifications that differ from the original and I think this one turned out nicely
