    Dough Freeze : (short)
    - first time, freeze the pie dough just 10 mins to roll easily
    - after stuff the pie dough size 18X26cm, freeze 3 times: 20 mins - 20 mins and 30 mins
    - the last time: sprinkle the almond flake , roll the dough and freeze more 30 mins
    hope you have fun baking>_< , rolling the dough sounds complicated but, the pie can keep in long time and still crunchy , touch with butter smell when chewing will make us enjoy eating continuously@_@ so good>>>>
