He still has a very high security clearance, he went to the DOD’s publication security review for permission before he could speak. The penalties are extremely severe and they’re already itching to throw him in a cell for blowing the whistle on something they’ve hurt people to cover up.

One of the biggest scientific questions to our race is how did we get here and evolve. Wouldnt you think as soon as we have the technology to replicate our biology on an isolated planet that we would try to do so and observe everything that happens? So many people hearing this as if it's "aliens confirmed," but pay attention to the specific language used.
"Recovered craft," "non-human biologics," and the description of unusual aerial craft performing otherwise impossible maneuvers does not necessarily mean aliens. A crashed test recon vehicle with a dog inside would fit the same criteria. I'm not saying this is undoubtedly the case, but it is far more likely.
I certainly hope we learn more about the specifics described here, but I have a feeling the reality will be a let-down for a lot of people if we do.

Most often what happens is inventory is bundled into one bulk purchase of many different spare parts/items. So when contractors allocate their expenses among the *individual* spare parts on the list, each item is treated the same as it has no effect on the price actually paid.

I worked as a DOD civilian. Offices are allocated money and if it’s not spent on time it’s taken away so you can be assured that every cent will be spent whether an item is needed or not. The person responsible for purchasing in our office bought tons of equipment we never used. He would pick the fancy, high end item he really wanted and then throw in the required alternatives ( I think you had to show you shopped around for cost effective options so it was like 3 similar items required on the paper work). We’d get a fancy printer and maybe use it once. My job- our whole office really- was to create fluff for the base. I won’t go into it but our shop was ridiculous in concept and we were just one tiny office on one base that was blowing money. It was also the highest paying job I ever had. Government waste is real.

I met a non human pilot once. We couldn't communicate but I could tell from looking into it's huge eyes that it was a being far, far, far more intelligent and civilized than humans. It seemed a lot kinder than humans too. I tried speaking to it. It seemed to understand and it always replied with sort of buzzing sounds. I offered to shake hands but it was always moving really fast to avoid any physical contact. Clearly it was disgusted by humans. I'm not offended in any way though as we really are disgusting, violent, evil brutes in comparison. I really mean it when I say evil because we choose what we do, it's not just unthinking animal instinct.

The videos I recorded with a camera with a powerful zoom 4 years ago leave no illusions - it was U.F.O. 1000%! but I'll bring it up again because now it's taking on a completely different meaning.
3 days in a row they appeared to me as I was cycling from my field. The first time [it was a bright, sunny day] suddenly appeared to me a powerful, bright "star" which aroused my great surprise - STAR IN DAY???!!! Instinctively, I pulled out the camera and turned it on to a powerful zoom [I think it was about x300-x400 - I couldn't even see the zoom level from excitement], the camera was very hard to adjust, my hands were shaking like jelly from the shock and emotion, but for a few seconds the camera it was fine-tuned, unfortunately I was not able [at such magnification] to keep the object in the camera lens, so it was one big "jumping of the image". In total, this object stood still for about 30 seconds, then fired, disappeared. It was an energy-physical object [in my opinion], because apart from the ball of light [masking field] there are some probes or something. Then from this closest zoom I cut out the most important fragment and slowed it down very much - to 0.4%! - creating a separate video. Videos are available on my yt channel. However, when converting to youtube, the quality of the videos deteriorated significantly.
The next day I went for a bike walk and "they got me" when it got dark:]
I have it all on video too, the object suddenly appeared as a "bright, big star" but the light seen with the naked eye was amazing, I've never seen anything like it, I don't even know how to describe it. I knew immediately that it was the same as yesterday, only in the evening sky. And I also managed to record this object in a similar way, which stood for about half a minute, then fired with incredible acceleration and most importantly - I RECORDED THE MOMENT OF DEPARTURE!!! [of course, the quality of the recording on such a powerful zoom leaves much to be desired, but you can see what's going on]. The object fired, leaving behind [as I would say] - A GUN OF ATOMIC LIGHT. But here ATTENTION - as soon as it fired, it disappeared from my lens and then I saw it with the naked eye as it runs with incredible speed along the horizon, and then disappears.
On the third day it was bright and sunny - and suddenly the same! :] - I see a powerful, bright star, only bad luck that I was just behind the corn and before I left the corn, I pulled out the camera, the object disappeared as quickly as it appeared.

Multiple reasons; The US military has allegedly been shooting them down for a long time - the crash at Roswell in 1947 was reportedly due to an experimental high power radar system they were testing out there, which interfered with the guidance of the craft; they could just be advanced unpiloted drone spaceships that are disposable; and as mentioned in the hearing, if you fly enough missions, you're bound to crash eventually, even if its 1 in a million times. If these things are as common as they appear to be, its honestly surprising that we haven't seen MORE crashes.

Not just that, in space time, we are like a new born baby compared to how old everything else is around us. There was PLENTY I mean an unimaginable amount of time before EARTH was formed. Meaning there could have been many advance civilizations that came and went and are still around. As well as you mentioned, space is still growing and getting larger and larger. Which is hard to understand but the science says it. It’s statistically almost impossible for us to be the only alive species.
