Gynecologist should work in shifts, I have heard many hospitals working in US like this. Eventually need not be a dedicated doctor at time of delivery... Any experienced doctor can help for delivery...
Even though the concept is nice- Indians always prefer to be consulted by same doctor through out pregnancy.. I think here the people don’t trust the system due to corruption etc. but do trust the people!

What i wish is modern medical as system should be ready to accept the need od alternative system of medicine.conjoined system can offer good health services to people.hope such a system will develop soon....

50000 per month . Average atleast 100 hour duty per week. Please dont compare it to any 9-5 job. Kerala PG fees is around 90K ( approx double the stipend).
