Wow, how deluded you seem to be. Our country has a LONG, LONG WAY to go before we can be considered the "best place in the world". The next time you go to hospital, check if the govt pays your bill. I paid 120k in medical fees, and I have an HMO who will reimburse some of that at least. Just imagine if you dont have an HMO (70% of our population)! :((( In most countries in Asia, surgery and procedures would be provided for free or for only a fraction of the cost for their citizens - its the basics of (true) universal health care. But here?? in the 'best place in the world'? Well, good luck to you. Our govt doesn't give a damn about our basic needs.
I went to a school in Santa Ana, which was St. Francis of Assissi back in the early 80s and was one of the best years of my life as a child. Oh, how I wish I could turn back the hands of time. 😂
The Santa Ana alleyways have given me some hope that the city areas in the Philippines aren't just a dirty ghetto dump. I love all the plants along the walls. It's something I love about Vietnam and Thailand.

This is a good neighborhood, if you will observe, all the houses are made of concrete..you cannot build a house in Philippines like this if you don't have a million pesos, so happened that the street or alley is narrow by standard...but it is just a normal since it was designed during old days..
