A viewer can not "UN-SEE" this. Beginning at the 19:40 mark, you had no words. Hopefully, with two Korean markets near our home base in Bulacan province, Philippines, we will be able to find most of the proper ingredients? Thank you for a wonderful dish and instructional how-to video.

Thank you🙏. Even the small mom-and-pop Korean grocery will have these ingredients. Please check out the description box for the ingredients, and use as a reference when shopping.

I've just run out of my last batch of kimchi which I make following your recipe every time. When I make the next batch I'll also give cold noodles a try. They're an acquired taste (I've acquired it but my husband has not) but next week will be really hot here in the UK where I am so I'm going to follow your instructions and create this dish. I'm already excited about cooking something new during the heatwave. I'll frisbee a frozen pizza at my husband and let him have that whilst I enjoy this restaurant quality dinner instead. :D Love your channel.

Hi Cigany👋. Well, maybe start ur hubby off with some BulGoGi, then maybe he might warm up to eating COLD Noodles🤷‍♀️ (or just start w sharing the slushy broth only, especially since it will be so hot)💚.
BTW - I just LUV💚🙌🙏 that u make ur own kimchi and with me! Thank you

Thank you! I really appreciate your explaining how to cook and cool the fresh noodles! I bought some at Korean market (i'm in HK) and cooked them all wrongly-I dumped them in boiling water unseparated! So I've have been searching for how to cook them online. So glad I found your video.

Hi👋 Yes, Pyongyang (city in North Korea) NaengMyeon 평양냉면 is the original NaengMyeon. During the war, many migrated to the south. And after, there developed different variations of NaengMyeon (from the noodle dough mixture, broths to toppings). My favorite is HamHeung NaengMyeon. 함흥냉면

Use a mix of shiitake and oyster mushrooms to replace the beef. If you can find black oyster mushrooms those are better tasting.
