I was gonna go with the iPhone 16 pro. But I ended up with the black iPhone 16 plus with 256gb, great cameras, 6.7 inch screen, and great battery life!
@ true because in the past year or two I originally went with the 14 pro but I returned it for the 14 plus but with apple operating system 60hrz can be smoother at times not all the time though.
@@Nayarandfif you dont use at all it can go up to 3 days slight use 1.5-2 days but if you are amid user it will give you 10-12 hrs screen time.(battery max upto 80).
I upgraded from the 14 Pro to the 16 Plus, and I’m really satisfied with the larger screen, improved battery life, and the lightweight feel-it’s just 199g, the same as the 16 Pro despite the size difference. The 120Hz vs. 60Hz refresh rate doesn’t bother me, even though I’m usually picky about that kind of thing.
You likely aren't bothered by it since it runs at 80Hz for the vast majority of activities. I'm convinced that some people say there's no difference between "120"Hz and 60Hz is because of how poorly-designed ProMotion on iOS is. Ironically enough, ProMotion works like a dream on MacOS and iPadOS. Super smooth.
I definitely noticed a difference when using the S24 Ultra for a couple of weeks, but between the Pro models and regular models, the difference isn’t as obvious unless you compare them side by side. Even then, it’s not too dramatic. Considering the price gap, with both having the same screen resolution, it’s not really a game changer.
i went from a 14 pro to a 16 plus and honestly, the 60hz does not bother me at all. did not take long for me to get used to, i don’t even think about it. for me, it’s just not important. i love my plus and it was the same price as the pro but i got double the storage, which i really needed.

I originally got a 16 pro but the battery life wasn't impressive at all. I returned it and just bought a 16 plus for the display size and the battery life, I don't think the extra $300 is worth it for 120 hz if I were to go for the pro max.

I had a Max model for the first time last year and have now gone back to the iPhone 16 Pro. The iPhone 15 Pro Max was just too big for me. The iPhone 16 Pro is my sweet spot at 6.3 inches. I also had the iPhone 16, but since my wife wanted it, I went for the Pro. I'm very happy with it so far.
Just got the 16 plus yesterday after having the 12 pro for years, gotta say the huge screen is nice but I’m still getting used to. The newer pro or pro max was tempting but I’m a simple person, I watch content and take basic pictures. I feel the pro would be overkill, I barely used any of the pro features on my 12 pro. So far happy with my purchase.

It is true that scrolling is faster and slightly smoother but it's fine for my use with the 16 and I prefer to save money. iPhone 16 Plus is amazing phone. Much bigger screen to read and consume content, same weight as 16 Pro, scrolling is less smooth but still smooth imo and I don't notice much a difference in real day to day use and battery life is far superior. Love this phone. It's weird but I find the iPhone 16 Plus refresh rate pretty smooth.

Both phones have same screen specification, but why the background of 16 Pro looks "whiter" than 16+? (in other words, 16+ is a slightly yellowish) I observed it at the Apple Store and now this video showed the difference clearly again.

I can't deal with 60 Hz anymore in 2024 just make me dizzy even just from the swipe up from face ID. I am watching OLED TV and playing game with 120 Hz this is just not going to fly with 60 hz. I would love to go with 16 Plus but 60hz just killed it instantly for me. I pick 16 Pro as the battery is good enough compared to 15 pro or 14 pro, although still not as good as any previous Pro Max yet but I kinda feel refresh with a smaller phone in my pocket that don't drag down my pants all the time....
It’s not hz, it’s animations that Apple slows down on base models. I have old android on 60hz and it’s far smoother experience, and I can tune it even more in developers options.
the games run very well even on 60hz, since at 60fps the games run perfectly, without lag, slowdowns or loss of fluidity, and in any case the pro models run at 80hz and not 120

I want to buy my dad a new iPhone and I have a choice between 16 plus, 16 pro, and possibly 15 pro max. I think the 16 plus is the best considering the battery is on par with the 16 pro max, it's not heavy and I haven't read any problems associated with this model. The 120 hertz screen and camera my dad isn't really interested in. The only thing is that I don't know what size phone he will want, if smaller I think 16 pro to buy. The only reason I don't want to buy a 15 series iPhone is because of the frequent complaints about the phone overheating. Would be interested to know your opinion)

I’m the same, currently still using iPhone 11 with a wallet case. I am thinking of upgrading to a larger phone, but don’t like the extra bulk. My solution is carry it inside a Sling Bag. You could also put your wallet, keys, charger/cable etc in there too. Basically gets everything out of your pockets and into a bag. 😊

I have 16 plus and Apple Watch 10 46mm have to say love both however the camera button I find useless completely useless takes forever to go through settings with the camera button so I just use the camera icon and screen settings as the button is useless

First of all, 128 is enough for you. You don’t need 16 Pro or Plus. The regular iPhone is enough for you, and more. In your case, I advise you to get an iPhone 12. Get the 128 for free. You will like the new 64.
