You are direct and clear. We say "which can neither be crafted, gathered or purchased" - aka they can't be purchased. Hence why you need to find the treasure chests that contain them.
Damn, that's annoying. I guess you have tried to relog, re-zone or maybe even try a day later already? That's a weird bug if so, might need to contact support.
im not sure why but there are no chests for me at this locations my temple of gales quest was also a bit bugged but all im missing rn are the medalions wich i can´t get since the boxes didn´t spawrn for me
Since you say your Temple of the Gales quest was a bit bugged, did you complete it at the end with the Sliding Puzzle that officially unlocks the Vault of the Gales Bundles? So you can access the Bundles, see the requirements and deliver the items? Did you also get the first Stormseeker Medallion from Zeki?
Same. The initial bug with Zeki not being on the main island just domino affected the other quests. There are no chests as players aren't able to complete the temple quests. Unfortunately, there's been no word on if the devs know about how this is affecting the other aspects and quests, or when they'll be back. Hard to guess. 😔 I got tired of trying to check daily to see if any of the bugs were fixed. On the contrary, it feels as if more things just keep getting bugged.

The release of the Temple and the bugs surrounding it are particularly bad this time, as well as the timing. No bugs will get fixed for now - the devs said they are on a holiday break and nothing will be done before they're back in the new year.

I missing one and the very first one bugged out on me , chest was not there but the word "loot" was . I wasn't able to interact with it.
