    Tax savings should not be counted after new tax regime. One may still avail the benefit, but it doesn't work out as much as it used to be.
    This being old video, they have not considered this.

    Sir, can you do a simple math? Pay an EMI of 40k for 21 years and invest the same 40k in monthly SIP for 21 years in an MF. You will see the difference and how you will lose when repaying a home loan. Please don't rub your old emotional ideas on the current generation. Those days are different, where the house was the best investment and safe bet. You have to leave out outlayers. You cannot talk in terms of absolute returns but in Annualized returns. Such a misinformation in this video.
    Sai Garu, please don't bring such old and outdated ideas in your channel and confuse us.
