Ive owned both, and each has it's own charm. But at the end of the day I prefer the XR. Cant stand the low pushback threshold and lower top speed on the Pint. It doesn't mean the Pint is poorly built , only that it's meant for a different riding preference. But thats just me. Every rider is different.

Solid video. I agree with the value assessment because you can get anything as gorgeous and amazing as the pint for under $1k, but I will say that after having mine for a year and at 1100 miles I am starting to want to upgrade to a beefy XR for some real adventures
Unrelated, but you guys should design a standard motorcycle/scooter top box with slots for a one wheel. Perhaps a top box with removable panels for the OW, or hinged flaps that open. Preferably with a licking top to lock the OW inside the top box. It's an idea I had since my motorcycle is my giant OneWheel with an extra wheel. I ride a small supermoto that I take everywhere, jumping curbs and ditches and tackling terrain. I just ordered my Pint and I dug up an old crappy locking topbox I used to have on my 50cc scooter. I was gonna find away to modify it to fit the Pint, but figured... why not just give the idea to the professionals? A Onewheel on a fucking motorcycle?! It literally doesn't get any more free or wild. Eagles and stallions are jealous of how much freedom and exploration can be done with 3 wheels. Yes. Just yes. Please consider it! I haven't tried the XR but I love my pint so much. It's more than enough speed and range for me. I mainly just mess around in my neighborhood or take it on short rides at the park. I can't justify the price of the XR for my use case but I'm sure it's awesome. Buying a 2nd pint for my wife!
I love my Pint but the day I hear you guys have an upgrade to the XR available, my order will be in the first you get from Sweden! Owning both models is going to be my OneWheel utopia!👍🏾🙏🏾

I've been wanting a pint for like 4-5 months now and I found out that I'm getting one for my birthday in a few months. This is one of the few times I'm less excited for Christmas.
I have had my Pint since November and other then the battery degrade that I'm experiencing I love it to the absolute max... Thank you for such a great product.
He's not over selling it. I have 1200 miles on my Pint, and it's literally one of the only "expensive toys" that is actually practical, and seriously makes me happy. Boosted boards and scooters cant even go over a medium bump lol. I live it the woods and ride through the trees. Ive talked many of my friends into them, and we all ride around together. I can say, you cant beat the feeling of fun and joy that you get with a Onewheel. Pint or xr, get a onewheel.
I wish I could afford any of them this product is amazing I would take it to work every day instead of driving my truck it would be an awesome way to blow off steam and have some time to myself which is hard when you have two little girls running the house.
The stoke is real. Bought a pint this summer and it's been the best purchase I've made in a long time. Perfect for the weekend stoke, and also great for relieving stress at the end of a work day. Love to ride with some open ear headphones. Carving on the pint feels very expressive and fun.
I just passed the 400mi mark on my Pint today. Absolutely love it. I also have a V8F EUC enjoy it for different reasons but the Pint has it beat hands down for fun and riding satisfaction.
I own both and both are awesome! I enjoy the pint more for free riding and learning tricks. The smaller, rounder tire makes it feel more responsive. I find it easier to do curb drops, bumps, and reverts with the pint. I just ordered the "quart" battery upgrade to take care of the shorter range. That should make the pint pretty much perfect. I will say the XR feels more stable, has much better lighting for night rides, and goes noticeably faster. I would choose the XR over the pint for commuting, learning to ride switch, and trail rides. Curious to see if anyone else who is familiar with both models feels the same way.
I have the xr but talked my friends into the pint. You can't beat the price and it feels better to ride. After riding the pint for a while my xr feels big and heavy. I frequently go on long rides though so I don't regret my purchase. The pint wasn't available when I got my xr also so that really made the decision easy.
Pint is more fun IMO, but it all depends on how you plan on using your onewheel. Do you need to commute with it? If you need more range, then XR is what you need. Do you just wanna rip around the neighborhood or local bike paths? The Pint is where it's at. My only qualm with the Pint is that its top speed/pushback threshold is too low. Future Motion, could we please get a custom shaping feature that allows us to push the top speed up a tad more? Thanks!
Done some gnarly terrain on my pint and I have concidered an upgrade to the XR just for the sake of the range. Done 950something miles on mine already and i kinda love how dependand ive become on it. Travel is joyless without my pint
The Pint has the Latest Tech and They build them like it's A Finish Product (Fender delete added, Handle and Battery Lights in footpads) Pint is enough for my Everyday Lifestyle. Curve nice and it easy to carry and put them under my table when I go to work PINT IS ALL I NEED 😃
I agree 100%, my pint is a fkn beast! Although guys at Future Motion, hear me out please. Speed is the ultimate market, get me a onewheel that rides at 35-40 km/h. Holy moly that shit would change the game.
@@BlackSheriff84 What on earth... you must be light as a feather lol. I weigh in at 100kg/245lb so those speeds are really out of reach for me, i feel pushback @24km/h everytime
I've got 2 pints in my house ones mine the others my gf and the one argument we want settle is do you stand sideways on the board or chest facing alone the board in more of a midstep pose. it would be good to hear from the experts about riding form
Newb question here: just got a my first onewheel aka the pint and I'm decent at it. Hard to balance though( for me) But ive scratched the living crap our of the bottom of it. Can you buy replacement bottoms?. Also my feet hurt after 10min of riding are there any foot pads that are under $100. Don't have that kind of cash just for a small price of rubber I stand on. Any advice is great the foot pads I've seen are like $100+ and that just seems ridicules to me.
Pint is a great Board I just need more range. I dont know if I really want the bulk of the XR though. Luckily theres companies making battery upgrades to double its range but you have to attach an external meter to see how much battery you have left. Can FM just make a battery upgrade for the pint for those of us that like the smaller board and make it work with the light and app or at least the app? its money left on the table. then again maybe they are working on an entire new release thats a pint with XR range. I guess we wait and see!
I love my pint. I just want two things from it and I would never question my pint over my XR. First, the same distance in the pint and the XR. Second, the same customizing options that the XR has available to it. A carbon fender for my pint would be soooo sick!
I have had my Pint for a year and 2 months. It's still my favorite thing I own. It's not close. For my needs, the Pint is ideal. If all you want high speeds, I would argue a OneWheel isn't what you're looking for anyway. Pint is adding years to my life. Ultimate "Fun Machine".
I’ve had mine almost 1 month and I absolutely love it. So much fun to take around the park or streets. And the speed is fine for me and I have been done riding before I run out of battery as well
If it had the range then yes, it would be better. It is the best at what it is! Just like the XR. Every. Single. Ride... I have ever gone on would have exceeded the battery in the pint for me. But that's just me. Could be perfect for you if you take shorter rides or prefer the tire.
Smart video because people will love the Pint, but still urge to have an XR after a group ride. Then they’ll end up having both and it’s a win for everyone haha
And what would you recommend for someone who don't know how to skate, snowboard and who lives in a city with rough roads and sidewalks (cracks and bumps)? Isn't the XR more stable on such terrain? Thanx Btw, I will need a maximum of 10km range.
Yea if you've got really rough terrain/pavement, XR is going to be a bit better IMO. It kinda feels like driving a Cadillac compared to the Pint which feels like a Subaru WRX.
Had a previous gen and now an XR. The pint is for kids or people with small feet. I wear size 10 so it isn't like I have snowshoes for feet. Love my XR...and people always asking "Did you make that?"
From Jack - Yo yo! We hear that a lot - and yes, XR's definitely got more real estate on the footpads but coming from someone that's about 200lbs and has size 13 feet, bigger folks can definitely still rock the Pint. In fact, I actually really like the fact that the footpads are narrower because it gives me more leverage when I'm carving. All personal preference of course. Yeeeeeeew!
You lost me at “endless miles”. *The new upgrades to the pint x, and the new GT, have definitely made me take back this comment for future models. The old pint still gave peeps range stress, to be sure.
I have owned a Pint for 5 months and while I love the feel of riding it I really wish the battery was at least double. For just riding in a straight line sure that can give you about 10km in range. But if you do any sort of ticks (like curb nudges) and you would like to practice those that's only about 30min before you are out of battery which isn't cool.
Pint or XR?
Comment below!
hello are you having an early black friday sale. wanna get my hands on a pint soon :(
If you could make a Pint with the speed and range of the XR for the price of the XR that would be ultimate board.

Absolutely love my pint in and around the city, I have looked into XR for longer trail rides, but the pint is still doing everything I want it to
You can double the range on your pint with a new battery pack!
Great review, I love the videos!!! Creator question- How do I possibly get a used promotional pint or XR?
You are not a creator you just want free shit.
I'm asking a question to the creator. Never said free either..... Some peoples kids....
I just passed the 400mi mark on my Pint today. Absolutely love it. I also have a V8F EUC enjoy it for different reasons but the Pint has it beat hands down for fun and riding satisfaction.
I love my Pint! It honestly is like snowboarding, but being able to do it year around.
It was a tough decision for me but I came to a final decision. I just got both lol
The reasons why i bought my PINT! Built, price and carvability!! TOP NOTCH!! 🤙🏼
I recently bought a pint and I love it. I do wish it was a bit faster. But I dont think you can beat the price. It's awesome.
I got my pint about a week ago and I love it so easy to ride and fun as well ! Best thing ever created thanks one wheel !
WOOO!
I just got a pint yesterday for crismas best day ever
Love my XR!! Pint leaves you wanting XR. I have 5800 between both XRs in 19 months.
Crushing it!
Thanks!
XR for range but I love the refined look and feel of the pint...
Done some gnarly terrain on my pint and I have concidered an upgrade to the XR just for the sake of the range. Done 950something miles on mine already and i kinda love how dependand ive become on it. Travel is joyless without my pint
Life is boring without Onewheel...
The Pint has the Latest Tech and They build them like it's A Finish Product
(Fender delete added, Handle and Battery Lights in footpads)
Pint is enough for my Everyday Lifestyle. Curve nice and it easy to carry and put them under my table when I go to work
PINT IS ALL I NEED 😃
I agree 100%, my pint is a fkn beast!
Although guys at Future Motion, hear me out please. Speed is the ultimate market, get me a onewheel that rides at 35-40 km/h. Holy moly that shit would change the game.
Everyone will die if this happens lol
I Generally Cruz around 30km/h. My top speed is 39.2Km/h on my Pint
@@BlackSheriff84 What on earth... you must be light as a feather lol. I weigh in at 100kg/245lb so those speeds are really out of reach for me, i feel pushback @24km/h everytime
@@kvittoelr 80kg yeah its a killer on the lead leg
over 1200 miles on my pint and I've changed to a burris tire last month. Havn't regretted it.
You guys need to bring down the price of the XR please!!!!!
I've got 2 pints in my house ones mine the others my gf and the one argument we want settle is do you stand sideways on the board or chest facing alone the board in more of a midstep pose. it would be good to hear from the experts about riding form
For anyone on the fence about getting one. Do it! Best purchase of my life. I have done over 3000km on mine and counting.
The pint or xr?
@@cdbrown30 XR is way better
When can we expect a new onewheel release?
I wish I could have one of those but it’s so much money. I can’t tell you how much I would ride that thing on trails and all around town
Pay the installments! I bet you wouldn’t regret it. Onewheel is the best there is today regarding bigboy toys, no offense ladies. Do it!!
I am 11 and my dad is considering buying me one. I really hope he gets me one. They are litttttttttt!!
What should I do if my pint is randomly disengaging the motor
Probably the best thing I’ve ever bought I have a pint and now I want an Xr lol
I love my pint. I just want two things from it and I would never question my pint over my XR. First, the same distance in the pint and the XR.
Second, the same customizing options that the XR has available to it. A carbon fender for my pint would be soooo sick!
I only have the XR, but I'm sure the Pint is just as amazing if not more! Love the product!
Well the obvious answer is to have both 🤙🏽
The pint is super rad though. Great at the BMX pump track 💯
And the speed is fine for me and I have been done riding before I run out of battery as well
We couldn't have said it any better Greg. It's all about cruising and good vibes.
The pint is perfect for running errands for me not to mention the occasional trail ride
Pint is perfect for everything
Is it worth it to get a onewheel if you are in highschool and do sports??
Growler joining the comment section making both XR and Pint jealous AF. 😜😎😏
R you guys discontinuing the XR
do you guys do Over sea delivery?
Yeeeeeeew!
400 miles on my Pint. Love it so much. KYLE DOERKSON 2020
You might be on to something....
You lost me at “endless miles”.
*The new upgrades to the pint x, and the new GT, have definitely made me take back this comment for future models. The old pint still gave peeps range stress, to be sure.
Yea!I was the 1K likes and I get my Pint Monday!!!
4:37 I wish that wasn’t a metaphor lmao
I have owned a Pint for 5 months and while I love the feel of riding it I really wish the battery was at least double.
For just riding in a straight line sure that can give you about 10km in range. But if you do any sort of ticks (like curb nudges) and you would like to practice those that's only about 30min before you are out of battery which isn't cool.
When are they going to release the next Onewheel not half a xr
I own both now, full human potential unlocked.
I believe the Buddha called that enlightenment :)
Got 500 miles on my XR was thinking about getting a pint. should I?
I wish I had a use for one of these!
