Mission Viejo is a very family friendly, conservative town-
You get a wonderful mix of people
Parks & Mountain View’s everywhere!
Old school-where neighbors trust eachother-very safe communities & people look out for there neighbors children!
People are very open minded & respectful. We’ll maintained houses/landscape-down home feel!
Really nice & caring people! Nothing like it-unmatched-
I’ve lived in a lot of places in my life-this place is a mix of retirement/family/ & singles-
All is welcome! ❤

Irvine is not only closer to everything its streets are designed much better. If Irvine needs to bulls a 8 lane road they do it. Traffic flows well on Irvine streets despite all the people. In Mission Viejo the roads back up. Unfortunately, you can’t own land in Irvine probably why it has so many apartments.
