Corns looking good that plastic really makes a difference we have a long growing season here in Tennessee. We can actually grow sweet corn and then replant it and get more sometimes depending on the weather that year. We don't have near as good of grass crops like you do there because 3 cuttings and we are done you can do a 4th if it's low land but the grass is starting to slowdown by September.
havent seen the farm shop or the chickens lately, any eggs in the shop yet? love the videos and watching your subscriber numbers growing. nice to see farm life across the pond.
5th comment we will be watching our favourite farmer and liv we just love to watch our hard they work and in this heat must be unbearable really feel for you .We’ve been getting some relief from the heat we’ll pass it one .We just love Ireland when we are near you we will call at the shop. All for now.love to all the family.☮️☮️☮️☮️☮️🌎🌎🌎🌎☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️🍀🍀🍀
Phil lovely vid ,word of warning don’t visit Western Australia between 1 November to March 31 Rest of year perfect Lots of harvest here this. Year bumper crop if all holds as they wait until it’s in the bin Keep up the good work
If you are building a bale fork for 2 or 3 bales you don’t need a big high fork if you stick the tynes in the middle of the bottom bale you just need a frame up to the middle of the top bale to allow you to crowd back safely
Heading fast to 50K. Safety never takes a day off. 25:45 That bale. Never mind Father Phil I am laughing my ass off here 🤣🤣. Some of those buildings would make lovely holiday cottages 🧐🧐 Or a new home for you and her in doors. 👍👍
Phil bit of a personal question but how do you cope with these long hours? Work work work, hows your mental health holding up? I can’t believe how well you do, do you stay off social media?
Surprised you dont stack the bales on pallets, have been doing it for years now and it keeps them dry all the time, especially with hay. Have been able to keep bales fresh for a couple of years in the sheds that way. even on a concrete floor the damp will rise up through the bottom bales.
Could u do a tour of all of your tractors
The hay bales need pallets under them cos they’re isn’t a floor dry enough in Ireland to put hay directly on as the bottom of the bales will be black

Nice one Phil. Great video.
Its tough going in the heat but it will be worth it when you are feeding cattle in the winter with top quality fodder.

For safety you guys really need to tidy up those yards. So many potential hazards under those weeds, nettles and undergrowth.
It’s a work in progress!!
The weeds will be gone in the winter. As said, it's a work in progress 😉
👍
farmer phil (like a long poo)ahahahh
Great video phil, do you not start the combine up in the winter?
Not unless we have to move it around sheds no
@@FARMERPHIL3690 always thought it better start them up , give the engine and drum a move round.
