    Good concept but zip ties are generally nylon. The fairing is likely ABS so the bond will not be as strong as using same base material.

    why not use sandpaper instead of a cutting knife?

    you should use sand paper and putty in order to get a smoother and nicer surface.

    What is thedrill bit bing used?..also the mesh name?..any or materials that maybe needed?thank you

      Right didn't say anything about what he used for noobs ..Because I have no idea what that tape was called or the metal mesh .I. believe the long metal stick thing he used was jus a hot gun with a special tip on it..

      @@cali8221 …that was a soldering iron he used..with wire meshing…i recognised those two..but not the other stuff he used..lol

    This seems really labor intensive, a bit destructive, costly, and like more materials were used than necessary.
