And Norlands Guld. My late friend Kjelle introduced that to me. A very tasty beer to complement your fine meal!

Nice meal! Nothing like a shore lunch of fresh fish, beer and good company eh?
I fish for "game fish" (bass, walleye, pike) for fun and release them. When I want a meal of fish, I go after crappies, perch, bluegills, sunfish, and rockbass (usually with wet flies, nymphs or micro-streamers) They all fit perfectly in a pan - which is probably why they are called "pan fish" 😁
    Cheers!

    Nice video great outdoor restaurant
Could you let us know what's the spinning setup you use?
    Niall

Thanks Niall. Yeah a view like that would be expensive at a city restaurant. 🙂 The spinning setup is a lightweigt 6,5 ft rod with a casting weight og 5 to 15 grams - and a ligt reel to match that. Basically the light tackle i describe in this video, where there is a lot of hair jig fishing tricks as well: ua-cam.com/video/OMgBwkO21GM/v-deo.html
      Cheers, Michael 🙂

Cooking them the Austrian way...snitzel style. Those are huge perch. Hard to beat fresh as shore lunch. Great job Ulla on the cooking. Great video.

G'day Mick and Ulla. Redfin perch yummy. We have them in nearly state in Australia. I just love eating them. Put your fillets in milk overnight in the fridge then gently fry them with butter and garlic. Oh bugger it your video has done it now time to pull the boat out and go get some reddies....Great video too. Hooroo...B.J.

That looked great Ulla 👍 So did that parsely sauce. Michael, nice catch. Those were big perch. I liked your fuel bottle, Primus! Like the band. I'm sure the beer was good, bet it tasted better than a " pork soda on the "hamburger train".😂 Mr. Mud said rip perch, crunch!😮 Great time, great video. Thanks you two ❤

Thanks bro. I can't imagine what a pork soda taste like - but I bet it won't beat a Nordlands Guld.😅 Checked out that song, and was surprised by your knowledge again. I hadn't pinned you down as a headbanger or rave party dude.😉
      Cheers, Michael 🙂
