Your buddy has to stay on top of his merchants and make sure he’s communicating with them after he funds them. You cannot expect a merchant to reach out to you whenever they need money. No wonder why there’s another broker funding his previous deals. I always call my merchants every 30 days bare minimum. Renewals are literally everything in this business.

@@dan_turner16758 that’s a bit excessive. I was referring to clients he already funded. Unless it’s a brand new lead, you deff should not be calling your funded pipeline everyday lol

If you micromanage commission employees it makes you look like a jackass. If they don’t produce don’t badger them. By the way the brother needs to learn how to dress properly for work. MCA ISOs can also always work for themselves from home and cut out people like Davron
