I'm so happy I finally got the cookbook. And I love that it's an ebook. I was disappointed when I missed out on the hardcover but I agree having the ebook is great because when I'm in the grocery store I can just pull it up and make sure I am not forgetting any ingredients. I also love that there's audio of you and the family reading certain portions of the book.💜

Me and my girls made your cookies again today this time with you extra secrets! Yummy. It may be something little but I’ve been very sick and I have only been home since last Monday and it was fun. They are 11 & 12 so i could supervise and they did the measurements we messed up at first and put twice as much butter so we did a double batch. Thanks for sharing your recipes. There is something special when making homemade cookies in a home. To me it fills the house with happiness! The smell that is created puts a smile on your face! To me, making cookies is what makes a house a home. Have you ever browned your butter? It’s amazing!! Gives it a nuttier flavor! I started browning my butter and haven’t gone back!
i use a cookie scooper and a silicone baking mat it makes the cookies plump and they don't thin out . i'm gonna try that cornstarch. just love watching your videos

Made these cookies a few weeks ago! Double batch and gave them to all of neighbors. All of them were so grateful during this time. I gave a plate to one guy for his daughter she lives a couple doors down and wasn’t home. He confessed she never got them. 😋

This is the ONLY cookie recipe I have used since I bought your cookbook when they first came out, (my husband and kids just polished off a batch this morning actually). Everytime I make them for a gathering, everybody raves about them! I've switched up the chocolate chips with different flavors of chocolate chips (mint,white, rainbow,peanut butter), mini eggs, m&ms, reese's pieces and smarties (canada, eh!). I will have to add some almond extract to my shopping list and try it with cornstarch as well! Thank you so much for sharing secrets and tips! I have just loved every recipe I've tried so far!

I bought your cookbook about a year ago. During quarantine here in Australia I have my niece and nephews home from school with me. We have been making great use of it.
Last week, we gifted a banana bread loaf (yours) to an elderly neighbor. I put walnuts and chocolate chips in it. She sent a card back saying it was the best Banana Bread, she and her sister had ever had. (that's saying something for a 90-year-old)
I have taken to watching yours and the rest of the fam's cooking videos with my book open and writing tips and conversions down on what are the best things to add or do in the recipe. Tried the cornstarch worked great....Grandma griffiths bread recipe made me a great bread baker. It makes wonderful rolls
I use parchment paper on my cookie sheets. Makes for 1-2-3 clean up. Love the new do!!!! Jennifer when do you think more copies of the cookbook will be available?

I made chocolate chips cookies yesterday. I was going to bake yours again (I have the ebook) bit I thought to use the 6 sisters chocolate chip cookies this time. They say if you make them high they high they come out thick. It worked. So next time I will make your cookies and use the high method. The best of 2 worlds!! Oh and I will try corn starch. Thanks.

This recipe is exactly what I’ve been looking for! The corn starch is an excellent addition. Be careful with the almond extract- I added approx. 1/4 of a teaspoon and it was almost overpowering. I also sprinkled some sea salt on top immediately after removing them from the oven. Used a silicone baking mat and a cookie scoop. These are so yummy and following along with your tutorial is fun!
