    "And then there were four" Lol. I would have been glad to knock out the first few miles for the team, then ambulance back to the house. Good day!🌝

      @TheRunExperience  4 роки тому +2

      Yes! Only sleep for about 2 hours over the 32 hours!

    How do the legs feel after this DIY? Been increasing my mileage as of late and I am wondering what to expect.

      The week after i was pretty tired! If you build up gradually it won’t be too bad!

    Incredible!!! Quick question. Do you think it was harder or easier to do it all around the bay instead of the normal track to Las Vegas? I think for me it would feel better to actually be going to a destination.
    You deserve a good solid listen to "Flesh and Bone" by the Las Vegas band The Killers.

    • @TheRunExperience
      @TheRunExperience  4 роки тому

      well it was probably harder in a sense that i could just go home and sleep at any time and SF is definitely hillier BUT we could post up and stretch out whereas normally we’d be all crammed into a van.

    Top tip, next time do interval of 2 min per persoon. We avaraged a race of 380km in 20hr by doing so, two teams of 4, 50k per team.

    Do you get to sleep while your not running?

    • @TheRunExperience
      @TheRunExperience  4 роки тому +2

      you can, but we only had 1-2 hours between each to sleep/eat and recover so you had to prioritize!

    How!!! What's wrong with me!? 2 miles for 4 days I feel like my legs were beat with baseball bats. Always in pain. Age 38. I want to run forever, but my body won't let me. PTSD so I need to run. All you guys are like robots.

    • @Kelly_Ben
      @Kelly_Ben 4 роки тому

      NOTHING is wrong with you! You're out there putting the effort in. I've found if something isn't working after a month (increase in speed, decrease in misery), then I try something else. Look into MAF training, that might be an excellent way for you to get where you want to be without the pain. Plant Powered Runner and the Running Duck Effect have some good stuff. Good luck!
