Mr Zeus check out Morgan and Holly! They are not super skinny and gaunt. They keep up with fueling and maintain a healthy weight. They allow recovery between races as well. I think long distance racing can be destructive if runners don’t allow recovery. These ladies certainly do that! Congratulations coach Morgan and Holly!!

Congratulations ladies! That's awesome! Invite all you guys out to the east coast to tackle some of the ultras here in NC...Table Rock, Hellbender, South Mountains, etc and get on some of our trails with roots, rocks, cliffs, mountains, river crossings, etc!

Feeling much better about my body’s ability to handle that kind of distance thanks to TRE and the much needed strength and mobility work that y’all have offered! I'm from Minnesota and 55 degrees sounds about perfect for running 💜💜. The coldest I ran is a 6.23K race in November, 11°F 😁.

I just did Deadhorse 50k last Saturday and at mile 25 it was 2.5 miles uphill. Ugh. I am way slower than you guys so it took forever.
