I heard that The Holy Prophet Mohammed, peace be upon him, fasted 2 days weekly.
So I have also decided to follow in his teaching.
I started fasting every week also, Mondays and Fridays.

Muslims fast in the month of Ramadan from the sunrise to the sunset. And before the sunrise they eat like a breakfast it’s called Sohoor which is before the beginning of the fast. Here in the video he is showing many kinds of people who wake up for Sohoor, so we have the one who eats while sleeping, and the one who eat very fast and so on…

In Ramadan I’m The Early Bird who’s always first because my mom and my sister be sleeping. Always I eat to get full and then I wake up my mom and my sis! 😂😂😂 Also, sometimes I’m the sleepy one because when I wake up for Suhoor I get very sleepy when I eat, then I go to sleep. Ofc I pray Fajr when I wake up after suhoor.
