    This video sold me. Im going to order one tonight on amazon since I have some credit. They are on sale now 30% off including 200w of solar. I guess my question is....can I use the solar panels to charge other batteries like my RV lithium 12v batteries? Or is it proprietary connections only for the Jackery? Actually, now that I think about it, there's no solar controller. Its built into the Jackery, so that means I cant use the panels for other 12v batteries since the solar panels generate more than 12v.

    I can run a 12000 btu ac unit on my 1000 plus easily. The lithium phosphate batteries are no joke.

    For me the shorter charging time is a huge benefit. And the cooling fan is quiet while it’s charging.

      Yea I noticed the faster charging and super quite fan too...almost didn't realize the fan was there on the v2

    those new 200W solar panels appear to be light. I have some from Ecoflow and they are pretty damn heavy. do you have an idea of the exact weight of those solar panels? EDIT...found the value on their site. only 14lbs..that's impressive. my EcoFlow 220 one over 24lbs.

      They're definitely better than the 2 100 panel I had where I have to connects the 2 cables. According to their website its around 14lbs

      @@Michael_Tran nice...yeah I had found the weight on their site. I rock two EcoFlow River 2 Pros...plenty of power for my solo adventures.

    Have you ever tried to see how long one of these could keep a house fridge going?

      I haven't but that might be a good idea...im gonna try it this weekend haha

      It can definitely run a home refrigerator- but only for a few hours
      But a portable fridge for camping can be powered off the 12v outlet for a long time - for a couple days or more. Jackery has a formula on their website to figure this stuff out but I can’t remember where exactly.

      @@Michael_Tran any update on the house fridge?

    • @Michael_Tran
      @Michael_Tran  2 місяці тому +2

      @@bansheerider619 Actually yes...we had a power outage for around 4-6hrs and it kept your fridges running fine. Glad we got this just in time.

    Worth getting the v2 1000 plus or v2 1000 pro over the v2?

    They finally got rid of that silly handle on the generator.

    • @Michael_Tran
      @Michael_Tran  3 місяці тому

      Yea that handle was making it a bit harder to put things on top. I like that it's flat now.
