The one i dislike the most is the normalization of diet. They seem to want to forget the type of extreme dieting idols are forced to do and just say "they were always this skinny".

I know Victon did an eco friendly thing.. to buy the digital album version and only receive the physical photo card at a discount. They also sent a digital copy of the album like the exclusive photos that an album photo booklet has.

Aegyo and Diet are too much. Aegyo is weird and can force people to act weird, foreign idols are not really accustomed to this, seeing them do something they are not comfortable with sucks, even worse it probably feels like a degradation to their personality. The Diet side is horrendous, starving yourself can have serious health side effects. These diets are extreme and harmful.

i think "dating ban" for rookies is actually good, cause they can focus more on their career, i mean we all know how busy idols are (especially rookies), how can they balancing their dating life and career life? there is even an idol who got pregnant even tho she was still new, companies are actually make a good point

I agree and I also think that dating should be private. You know people will focus on relationships and not the actual songs. k-pop will become drama-pop. Just like tiktok stars.

The album wasting is a big problem
What I do is buy lomo card packs
That come with 55 photo cards from the album or sometimes you get a second which could have over 100 cards
It's not only much better and cheaper but you get more for your money

For me I think the dating ban is for rookies..and its actually good. Also, I think the only thing I hate is the dieting and the forced aegyo. Like cant they just be human for once

No it's for everyone. The sad story is that labels pick puppets as idols to control them better. Trainees are extremely young and naive in purpose, at only 12yo their lifestyle is casted and separated from pple their age. They are isolated in the kpop business where they are taught to become the "perfect idol". The goal is to invent themselves a personality and controlling them the better way possible to cash in. They are nothing but marketing products and since having a gf reduces fans, then they force their idols to stay in a casted world where nothing exists except performing and being used, girls and emotions being banned. Which leads to suicide unfortunately when they realize they ruined their youth. It's very toxic..

    So early whoa!
Something that gets me is idols are expected to BE, not do, but BE everything. They are not only performers but hosts, comedians, actors, cover artists, and reality show stars all this for low pay until their group "makes it". Not to mention the lack of longevity in the idol career.

Sorry but I really hate it when kpop idols do aegyo. Some idols just have this natura cuteness but nowadays it is required that idols should have atleast one member in charge of that cutesy concept. It's burdensome and embarassing even if they are still considered young and coming of age it's still so cringe. It's so force. I hope they stop making it🙄 there's a lot of ways to showcase their charm tbh.🤦‍♀️

    Hey
there are some toxic kpop fans and to them being obsessed over an idol means being a true fan. And whenever they meet a non toxic or a kpop fan who is not obsessed, toxic fans tell them that they are not a part of the fandom or they are fake fans.
Please make video about this also its really big issue but no one talks about it 💜

    • @Nicolesid1

Yes!! Why does one have to know every song, show appearance, and commercial an idol has been in to be a fan? People have lives and there are so many great groups. People have gone bankrupt supporting just 1 group imagine if they stan multiple groups 😳.

@@Nicolesid1 Yes, and some people think that streaming MVs and fighting with haters will make them true fans but it's just a waste of time in my opinion

but if you look through comments under a fancam ,you can see a lot of comments praising the idol's thin body. And those who have the super slim body will get most views, so it's more like we fans are the one who encourage it indirectly. even though we says that the idol's health is the most important thing some us don't really mean it. We don't body shame them, but we will praise the super slim body so the company will force other members to lose weight, so that way they can be popular too. companies are cruel but i personally think we are crueler

The only times when I find aegyo cringe or just a big no is when they are forced or it was doesn't seem natural, Ex. If you like stray kids you probably saw this but in one of their videos (SKZ code) the members were playing a game and han being han was falling so much but it was very funny and cute because it seemed very natural cause han is very clumsy but when they are on a show and they are asked to do it they are pretty much forced which makes the aegyo pretty cringe
