Kuya please try making the ADOBO SA PUTI or WHITE ADOBO. -pork loin (if you want less fats) or belly -a dash of cane vinegar + white vinegar -water -whole peppercorns or powder -salt -dried bayleaf (Laurel in Filipino) -4 to 5 head of garlic or more (crushed) Direction: Just mix everything in the wok/saucepan. You can either put all of the garlic or sauté half of the garlic then mix it up with the rest after sautéing. Just make sure that there would be no sauce and fry the pork on its own oil until brown color. This recipe should be really garlicy.
Hi. I love this episode. We filipinos love to cook and the food is diverse since philippines has become a multi-cultural food destination. Thank you for sharing this with us. Love to see this and planning to travel to your country. Safe travel and have a great time.

Hi Joey. Clearly you're a true foodie, not just a cook/chef. Do you also do/consider doing reaction videos in your channel? For the context of filipino food and more insight about it, I suggest you watch/react to Foodie Mama PH (if you're not familiar with her channel yet). She's really good in explaining the history/origin of filipino food and she's more keen to present those underrepresented dishes (i.e. filipino canned/instant foods, palaman, & pulutan dishes to name a few). One particular recurrence in her videos is the boodle fight/feast that she introduces to her foreigner friends. Maybe you can also prepare a boodle feast for your parents&siblings or better yet, to your dutch friends who are still unfamiliar with filipino food and you want to introduce it to them. I hope what I said will not come off as if I'm proposing a content pilfering because that is not my intent. It's just that you and Foodie Mama PH have the same enthusiasm and passion in sharing the essence of filipino food to those around you. And who knows, maybe someday you both can have a collaboration video on the whys of filipino food. I'm sure that would be awesome because you are both similar in which you both love food (filipino food in particular) 😄. Of course for sure there are restaurants in the Netherlands that cater boodle fights but introducing it in a more intimate way (like what Foodie Mama does) will make the person trying to learn filipino food to really appreciate what he/she is eating (for the first time). P.S. a little bummed that there is no Pogi snippet in this video 😅.
