- One of the more memorable adventures Spearfishing here in New Zealand. After past adventures chasing Yellowfin in NZ we struck it perfectly. Encountering Bait balls with big Sharks, Skipjack, Albacore and Yellowfin Tuna!
Some great shooting on those albacore, such a fast little target. Amazing seeing those yellowfin just cruise through and Jason casually plugging one. What an incredible day out!
We got lucky for sure!

How epic! A few mates and I managed to spear a couple of albacore off Mahia a few years back - that was amazing but would be so stoked with a yellowfin. Maybe you guys should have a crack at a Bluefin next...
