I bought a NCM Milano Plus a few weeks ago. I have about 250 miles on it already. I love it!!! I get about 60 miles on a full charge! Just a wonderful bike!
I bought an NCM Moscow plus 29 in white. Same 300 watt motor and 16ah battery. Really happy with it, it’s still like new after 700km on odometer. If anyone wants to know which NCM bike to buy I can recommend the Moscow plus for sure.
Same bike but in black, I purchased the Milano for my wife, the American version of both have a 500 w motor and throttle, the only thing I don't like is the bike is governed at 20 mph or 32 km
If you change the kickstand be very careful. the routing to the wheel is different than the reg. moscow & you may end up needing a new controller. Good luck with that.
i'v got a NCM Paris the thing is a dream for me. i have a bad knee, not as bad as the guy in the vid. i can not use a standard bike for more than ten minis before my knee gives out. but with my Paris i can go 20 miles no problem.
what's about the lighting system? 15 lux front and ?lux rear (seperate batteries needed) did someone of yiu once replaced the rear bycicle tube or rear tires?😉
Just bought the 28 inch Milano Venice. Doesn't have the step through so is a bit more of a challenge to hop onto. Even on setting 1 the pedal assist was noticable. Hope I don't go A over T given the bilke's extra weight.
Hallo.
Hallo I have Et. Cycle F720 from Germany.it has a Das Kit c7. but with my Das kit C7 I cannot change the settings (especially I cannot change the speed settings for my throttle) . if I buy Das kit c6BBT or Das kit c7BBT will it work with my ebike. Please let me know.
Great review, I’m also thinking to buy one Milano plus but don’t know which size to buy, my height is 169cm, I want a 28-inch but am afraid that it might be too big for me
I got the 26-inch one, being 158cm short and it's almost perfect, could do with few extra centimetres but it's not a major obstacle. The best thing I've ever spent money on.
It's recommended you bring the battery indoors to recharge it. Room temperature (approx 20 degs C) will keep it in best condition. The battery on the Milano Plus weighs 4 kg.
On the display, you can press and hold the + button for a few seconds. The display itself will light up as well as the light on the front. The rear light however, there's a button at the bottom of it you will need to press, as the rear light is not wired up as the rest of the lights are.
@@dirkpurper9517 I assembled the bike last night. It was packed well for shipping. Assembly was easy following enclosed instruction manual. I took it out for a test ride. 7 gears. Did not use power assist yet. Will test that function today. My wife will try it later today. I will let you know.
We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!
The only problem in Australia with ebikes is they are crazy underpowered. Hopefully the laws change soon because 250w is no good for anything except that baby hill he showed in the video.
Bought Milano E bike have ridden about 10 throttle snapped very cheap wire and very dangerous you have NO CONTROL OVER THE BIKE. Find out Leon's Cycle is permanently closed. Someone has to come good for this. Even with a new cable this bike is dangerous
I hear the support is different for everyone - I had an issue with my first NCM bike where the front suspension was broken upon arrival. customer service was quick to send a whole new one to be replaced. I've ordered 5 ebikes from them so far and no issues with them since!
@@t.v5195 They are obviously having a going out of business sale for US operations. 'Winter sale' promo from last year, is still running here in Spring, labeled as "Winter sale'. They have not received one new model since December, and hanging by a thread for only a few last remaining model. Any company who cannot even update their Advertising to at least say 'Spring' sale, this far past the winter season, is in serious financial trouble.
I bought my NCM Milano Plus 1 year ago from Leon Cycle. I used it daily to go to my work. I'm in love with this bike

1:40 ..you forgot to mention those impressive Schwalbe Marathon tires...I put 10,000 km. + on a skinny pair, 60 psi, no flats whatsoever....
Can we unplug the battery and bring it home to charge it ( I live in 6th floor ) ?
yes, you can unplug battery, i used various e-bikes more than 15 years be now, never see an e-bikes with battery fixed on it

How can i fix error code 4 in my NCM MIlano?
Read it in fhe manual.
Great review! How tall are you? Did you find that the 26" one was the correct size? Or would you have preferred the 27.5"one?
I'm 171cm! I loved the size. Riding felt smooth and easy.
I am envious.:)
Just bought a NCM Milano in white for my spouse.

NCM makes pretty good bikes for the price, but don't count on support should you ever need it.
Buy good quality cycling gloves with thick palm and wrist protection in case of falling on bitumen,,,hand goes down first during accidents.
Step through bikes actually make more sense for reasons related to anatomy. BALLS for the slow minded out there.

This company has gone downhill fast. Very poor company in terms of customer service or support. Strongly suggest staying away.
