I named my son Elliot (sorry i dropped the t) He too is a unique human being. Thanks Elliott - A kind one of a kind
It’s sad that this was just 10 months before he was murdered
Fuck whoever said that, just recently discovered Elliot and he's becoming my favorite very fast. Nice dude at heart, great mindset of response.
he’s so cute 🥺
Favorite song so far too
A sweet wonderful artist and man he was. May he be enjoying life elsewhere.
I just wish I could hear ANY of this video.
The new book says that it was Valerie deerin who said it but I always thought it was just a fan comment based on what Elliott was saying a few minutes prior about "I can't stand up cause I got no knees", and I just figured Elliott mistook what the fan meant. Who knows what really happened.
Damn 8 people actually had the balls to dislike that
You can also hear her say, "See you later at the back door.", unless that was some girl responding to the insulting crowd member.
This makes me sad and angry..especially since before she said that he was saying "thank you my fans"
Wow I was born this day. This is special
I already watched this whole concert and it was kind of painful to watch when he talked. He really seemed fucked up.
It’s possible the fan was making a joke because of the way he’s siting slouched? I can’t imagine buying a ticket to his show and then yelling out rude comments.
I remember reading in his biography (torment saint) that it was his ex-girlfriend who shouted it at him but he never realised
'Torment Saint: The Life of Elliott Smith' - 2013 by William Todd Schultz.
Don't believe anything you read in this piece of trash.
Apparently not overly well received by some rabid fans but make up your own mind .. some reviews here from people who (unlike the previous commenter) have actually read the book: www.goodreads.com/review/show/636267373
John Arundell I have actually read the book and read a bunch of accounts by his friends and family who agree this book is telling bullshit. Some facts about his life are true but you've got to wonder why nobody who was truly close to him, except Chiba, agreed to work on the book and why the author is constantly bashing the fans and plugging his book at every possible mention of suicide on the media.
