He's so humble and goes in to so much detail . He is a dedicated actor. That's the kind of person that deserves such roles like this. He really brought Loki to life. His character is one i remember the most . So many emotions that Loki went through and Tom Hiddleston played/delivered them all perfectly.
"Only Lovers Left Alive" is a masterpiece, yes. I've seen it at exactly the right moment in my life, and it’s somehow managed to make a huge impact... and I remember thinking, like, "But this is absurd - vampires playing garage rock and folk music, and consuming blood lollipops..."... But surprisingly, it conveyed exactly that very idea that if anything can get you through the hardships of (eternal) life - it's only love. All the years spent on this project were definitely worth it!
He is so underrated and his performance and character is on par with RDJ and Chris Evans imo. He’s so passionate about the universe and also seems like he’s the nicest person on the planet.
i saw the light was the movie i cried the most over. i grew up on hank williams so to see my idol singing his songs felt unreal. i knew what was going to happen in the film but the hanks role was so well played. i would also like to shout out tom’s accent in that movie. as a southerner his accent was PERFECT.
I realized I've seen almost all of his movies, there were much more than in that list. And even one play - Coriolanus. Tom is brilliant, handsome and charming, every time it is like he is acting in a Shakespeare's play)
wow, I honestly envy you for watching his play. Living so far away in the Asia, I'd probably won't ever have a change to ever see his play in this life time
Only Lovers Left Alive was such a gorgeous film, and darkly funny at times. And Crimson Peak, my gosh what a stunning piece of art. Loved that GdT and TH worked together!
I started watching Marvel movies because of Tom Hiddleston. I saw some clips of Loki and thought he was really interesting. He made an amazing job in understanding the character and show his wittiness and charm. Even tho I like Chris Hemsworth I found Thor to be boring. Loki was always more enjoyable and exciting to watch for me. I' m so glad that he got a Disney series, I loved it. Without Tom Hiddleston Loki probably be killed off a long time ago. He died and came back time after time because he was/is really loved by the audience.
I just love how he explains film making and acting. He speaks with such respect to the craft and art of acting and the people involved. The way he describes characters and what’s going on with them. He just has such a wonderful storyteller way of talking about characters and film.

came back after seeing loki s2 ep 6 and i want to thank you so much Tom. Amazing show that was the only cinema that can up End Game! Well done to the writers and everyone who worked on that. Amazing.
I really loved the fact that according to Tom, green is also Loki's comfort zone 💚
I will never be able to imagine anybody else as Loki other than Tom Hiddleston. He truly appreciates the character and really brings out the best
If you look up “perfection” in the dictionary Tom Hiddleston shows up
Thanks for your nice comment. I appreciate y’all with all my heart
Oh, really!?
I love how they didn't care about Thor: the dark World
Hang on, I liked the Dark World
@@LauraBwayMorris Same, it’s under appreciated
Thor the Dark World is great (if you just skip to the Loki bits 😉)
@@Incoherent-excitement what did u not like about it then?

He is so underrated and his performance and character is on par with RDJ and Chris Evans imo. He’s so passionate about the universe and also seems like he’s the nicest person on the planet.
I think he literally is the nicest person on the planet.
I love how devoted he is to all of his characters
I love that he watches his fellow actors movies. That doesn’t happen too often. It’s admirable.
The weapons vault scene where he screamed, "TELL MEEEEEE" gives me chills every time. Unforgettable.
i do wish a mention of The Night Manager would've been included, also The Hollow Crown, High-Rise, I Saw The Light.... So many fantastic performances
Loved I Saw the Light
i saw the light was the movie i cried the most over. i grew up on hank williams so to see my idol singing his songs felt unreal. i knew what was going to happen in the film but the hanks role was so well played. i would also like to shout out tom’s accent in that movie. as a southerner his accent was PERFECT.
Agree. they should make it 2 hours video instead of 39 minutes to cover all his characters xD
I realized I've seen almost all of his movies, there were much more than in that list. And even one play - Coriolanus. Tom is brilliant, handsome and charming, every time it is like he is acting in a Shakespeare's play)
wow, I honestly envy you for watching his play. Living so far away in the Asia, I'd probably won't ever have a change to ever see his play in this life time
@@mutianadyahkurniati9104 no, no, i've watched it online)
@@irina9846 where do you find it?
@@mutianadyahkurniati9104 i dont remember, it was some years ago. Try to google) the project was National theater live, british
Loki steals the show in every scene he's in, no matter the movie.
I just love how he explains film making and acting. He speaks with such respect to the craft and art of acting and the people involved. The way he describes characters and what’s going on with them. He just has such a wonderful storyteller way of talking about characters and film.

Absolutely love this ,could listen to Tom talk all day every day ,hes honestly to most inspirational man hes honestly the sweetest nicest guy ,he deserves all the success hes getting ,he puts his heart and soul into every role ,such an outstandingly talent man ,we're so lucky to have him ,proud to be a hiddlestoner ❤
It's not often you see an actor so invested in the universe and story that they play a part in. It really adds to his performance in these movies.
This 39 minutes is one of the most satisfying videos that I encountered in a very long time.
This is one of the most intelligent actors we were gifted with.
Fact
I would love him as a down to earth, intelligent, no sci fi nonsense James Bond. He has such class.
Great idea
0:21 Thor
7:52 The Avengers
12:13 Thor Ragnarok
16:41 Loki
19:09 Only Lovers Left Alive
24:13 Crimson Peak
30:33 Archipelago
35:00 The Deep Blue Sea
The Tom content we're getting since 9th June is immaculate. His interviews make up for waiting one week for the episodes.
You know, someone mentioned this, and I actually agree with it:
If Harry Potter was made today, Hiddleston should play Professor Lupin.
i actually always saw Tom Hiddleston as Sirius Black :)
@@JenniferTung88 , I was thinking James McAvoy or Luke Evans as Sirius....
This is very sweet omg I’m going to be thinking about this now!!
@@osmanyousif7849 James YES
No, he would be the best Severus Snape after Alan Rickman.
I love that Tom is like a true marvel fan invested in the story lines like the fans
Please don't tell me I'm not the only one who finished a 40 minute video of Tom Hiddleston talking passionately about his art.
You're not.
His voice is therapeutic. 🥺💖 God, he is so pure 🧡
Crimson Peak was so underrated.
Love him in the MCU, love him in Crimson Peak, love him in High Rise. Such a versatile actor and, by all accounts, a wonderful human.
Tom Hiddleston is a remarkable combination of intellect and humility.
I could and do.listen to him speaking for hours
I love this guy so much.
He deserves the world honestly. Such a lovely, down to earth man. I’ve only seen a few of the movies he is in (that isn’t Marvel related), he does such a good job at getting the audience to gain this attachment to his characters (as well as him) just by him going through things normal people would. People can relate to his characters. He deserves so much.

The whole set, costumes, characters, story line and the crumbling, massive, gothic house in Crimson Peak were absolutely gorgeous and amazing
"Only Lovers Left Alive" is a favorite... All the actors bring their A game, and the musical performance by Yasmine Hamdan is sublime. Jarmusch is a master auteur.
RIP Anton Yelchin and John Hurt
I have to completely agree. One of my favorite films and I'm so happy he got to really talk about it.
Fully agree, OLLA is my favourite film ❤️ that script is gorgeous and the cast just made it divine :’)
@@seashore961 what a gorgeous Vampire…..
He is such a really nice, decent, kind human being.
I love this man so so much. I remember when I first saw Tom Hiddleston back in 2009 in Thor as Loki and I told everyone that he is my favourite and they all asked if I'm crazy cause he is the villain lol and look now years later everyone loves him
Same here! I was immediately a fan! (and I’m rarely falling…)
Tom Hiddleston is a *legend* for creating this masterpiece character that is very potential for hiding his scars and pain.
People shall never forget Hiddleston's portrayal of Loki!
Tom: The Avengers. The first one.

Adding to this list: Prince Hal/Henry V because he is a Shakespearean actor. Can’t wait to see him in Life of Chuck directed by Mike Flanagan!
