One of my favorite snacks is to take some Roma tomatoes, cut them in half and roast them in the oven at 500 degrees for 10-15 minutes. make sure you drizzle them with salt, pepper and olive oil before roasting. Once they are roasted and cooled, I put a few on a plate then layer with some mozz cheese and a fresh basil leaf. Then drizzle them all with olive oil, salt and pepper. Sooooo good.
My favorite snack/treat that I love to enjoy is Frozen Chocolate Banana pops. You grab a whole banana(peeled of course), you put a chop stick or kabob stick in one end, then you dip/cover it with melted chocolate(dark chocolate to be on the healthy side), then you can roll it in crushed almonds, peanuts, coconut flakes, anything you want on them- you can add! :) After that, carefully put them on top of a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Let them freeze till they're all frozen hard. Then enjoy! :) In Mexico beaches, these are very popular and sale like crazy! I plan on making some tomorrow ^-^

I like getting mini bell peppers and cut them in half, and since they are hollow, I fill the center with chicken salad. The sweetness of the peppers blends well with the chicken salad.
i love frozen yogurt its so good it like ice cream but healthy and for yogurt pops i just throw in a squeeze yogurt in a tube an you can snack on the go!

I am going to call what I made today a Red, White and Blue parfait. I used berries, yogurt and blueberry Kind brand granola. I felt like I wanted some sweets so I put chocolate chips on top. Nikki u hv stayed in Singapore for a while, there are bubble tea kiosks everywhere! The concept originated from taiwan if im not wrong, and they come in a gazillion flavours! Next time u'r in Asia give it a try. Missglamorazzi was sipping one in her recent hongkong trip shown on her instagram.

As a snack, I like to toast wheat bread, the put some all natural peanut butter on it, drizzle on some pure honey, then put some Nature Valley Protein granola on it, and slice half a banana into 6 slices to top it off. It is soooo good!!
I love to make chicken salad (shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and celery) and put it on pieces of lettuce. Almost like little boats. Best thing ever - great for snacks or even appetizers

In Denmark we eat this carrot-salad often, but instead of honey we use apple or orange juice. You should try it. it is very quick and easy and you do not need to heat it up. It is a tasty salad and accompaniment to the meal. it is sweet, but delicious!
What I like to do sometimes is cut up an apple and mix it with about one 1 TB of almond butter, 1 TB of honey, a splash of almond milk (or soy) and sprinkle some cinnamon. I put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and it tastes like apple pie.
For a healthy snack or lunch i like eating an apple with a small spoonful of peanut butter, or tuna wraps which is sort of like the butter wraps in this video except with tuna, cheese, tomatoes, green peppers, chopped onion, alittle mayo and lemon/mustard/ or vinegar

I LOVE frozen grapes! I you want them to freeze faster wrap them in a wet paper towel and put them in the freezer it is seriously amazing!

I loooove dipping pretzels into low fat strawberry yogurt! You could also dip the pretzels into the yogurt & freeze them. Really delicious😊
