Once upon a time they were incredibly dangerous because of how flammable the cars were when they crashed but from viewing this they do look a lot safer now
Looks like it’s off-camber, if you don’t slow down enough on entry, you’ll have oversteer at the apex, right off the corner. It has bumps through the middle of the corner as well, to top it all off
As someone who has been to Goodwood twice, i can tell you that its just a nasty corner in general. As others have said they fly up the "straight" under the bridge and brake really hard and suddenly for Molecombe. The whole nature of the corner is tricky.
TheMW2informer you should tell his nascar crew leader that. You know so that his nascar crew leader can tell a mechanic and they can adjust that. Because that would probably really help out his PROFESSIONAL NASCAR TEAM
What is the point of a “speed” festival if you can not develop speed at all, well not al least if you don’t want to go and find a needle in a hay stack. Haven’t they ocurr you do a more generous curve?
That gotta be the most English comment ever!
"That car is, ahhh... on fire."

@@MattVanPerry back then it's used for motorcycle racing because it protects the rider when they falls down
That corner is cursed. Why so many crashes? Limited vision?
Even Ken Block nearly crashed

Braking on the brow of the crest alongside it being ever so slightly off camber. It's very easy to lose it there
camber and just a weird corner

"50 hp hoonicorn" That sure sounds menacing
0:35 SKINNERRRRR!!!!
Lol Patrick Friesacher doing a burnout, lighting himself on fire, then continuing to do a burnout while on fire is pretty badass
That tundra needs a much lower brake bias, the front was locking up a lot.

TheMW2informer jk I’m just being a triggered UA-cam person but i tend to agree with you. That or the ABS wasn’t working properly
TheMW2informer sikeeeeeee nascars don’t have ABS.
2:23 THE 50HP HOONICORN

so nonchalant and relaxed these commentators. getting worked up is beneath them. representing the duke
3:30 How is the car number "96" and there is no sticker with "96" on it? I only see "84", "87" and "119"
2:08 I Want To Know That Driver Location
Unless you can get to Italy then you'll have a hard time finding him
I've gotta go to this 😩

The Camry didn't gave a fuck
"I say old boy, you're on fire!"

I think they should redesign that corner if so many cars going out on it...
I wish they had shown a little aftermath on these
What exactly is the purpose of this racing event? Is it a single car demo derby? Seems stupid eh wat?
3:48 If you listen closely you can hear someone saying "wooo"
Wooowww the last car was amazing😃😃😃😃😃😃
all these pro drivers and you would think they wouldent keep locking up the brakes
Everything is laughs and fun until the Mazda Crashes :(
Just a tip, cut out all the un-necessary talking/conversation between the announcers and just show the crashes…
NASCAR burnouts we are the best in the world at this
Aussies at Summernats: hold my beer and my durrie
the more accurate term would be burn down
Ken Block has lost his touch lol
Nickel Reed he wrecks a lot of cars!
@@sensualeye He got dropped by Subaru back in his rally days
ce6ric well, you have to finish races to win. He’s a great stunt driver though.
