Agnes was so under rated in her days on film in the movies. She got great credit for her fine work in Bewitched but seems not much for other works and she was always great in everything she did. I miss her.
Wow. Look at how everybody is dressed. So elegant ! So classy ! Amazing. They speak so gentle and respectful to each other too. I would go back to the 60's and 70's if I could. I tried twitching my nose and snapping my fingers but... it didn't work.
Yes they had class and taste in those days and not seeking attention by coming on set with boobs hanging out all over the place and dresses with splits right up the hips and flashing their knickers at the audience.
Always loved Agnes Moorehead...and it's great to see Allen Ludden (Password's lont-time host) again! He was such an elegant, handsome gentleman and became even more so as he aged. Had a great wit, as well. Some of you might know, Mr. Ludden was Betty White's husband until he passed in 1981 (I think it was).
I'm so glad you posted these. I was planning on doing it myself. Nobody compares to Agnes Moorehead. Always the best part of any picture. The best of the best. Thank you so much!!!!! :-)
I wonder how Agnes's touchy-feely would go over in contemporary, post-PC society. I think it very charming when a person is like that. It shows confidence and empathy. Lovit!
As long as the person being touched knows its not sexually motivated I think its okay, but when there's doubt its just creepy. It's definitely more acceptable for women to do it than it is for guys, and even today grandmotherly women would almost certainly get a pass. I'm not big on PC culture myself but I do get this one... And dang you wrote this comment 9 years ago, our culture has become even more PC since even then.
How can a simple game show like this be interesting?! Moorehead was fantastic as an actress and I loved to know about her diamond starburst brooch, RavenGeorge.
Anges Moorehead was the ultimate woman of women wish I met her in person or even a look alike they should make a movie of her soon. What a beauty she was. A woman with character and class cant find a woman like Anges Moorhead today in 2018
I like how Agnes gives contestant Diane a reassuring pat just before Allan enters. The accomplished actress was most down to earth with the contestant.
you are the absolute best!!!!!!!!!!! I thought these shows were lost forever! (and me being only 17....well I never would have gotten the chance to see them! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!! Where did you find this??
Thanks for the thanks:) GSN is currently in the midst of airing these (in fact the fourth episode is going to play in about an hour and the last one will air a day from now). But Day 2 is up now:)
Ms. Moorehead's father was a minister.. and her uncle, Rev. W.G. Moorhead, D.D., was one of the 8 consulting editors of the Scofield Reference Bible - and President of the Xenia Theological Seminary.
Agnes Moorehead was one of the most active Actresses in Hollywood, being on radio, television, stage and film, and on many occasions all in a similar timeframe.
When Agnes Moorhead gave the clue "Said" for port, I thought I'd hear the buzzer, because when I used to watch password back in the 70s proper nouns were not allowed. Obviously that rule was established after this episode.
Miss those days when young people acted like adults and long before grown women adopted that petulant daddy's girl persona you see and hear everywhere now.
whenever I see Agness I just wish there was a way to go back in time and warn her of her impending doom. Unfortunately they just didn't have the capabilities back then to discover her ailing condition.
Very good games, but I did not like the way the games were split up. It made no sense at all, and I found it very irritating. I wish I had not started watching these.
I freakin' LOVE Agnes Moorehead!

I love Agnes' facial expressions.

Barry Nelson fom The Shining and Agnes Moorehead from The Magnificent Ambersons. Two amazing Films.
Agnes Moorehead appeared in a very memorable episode of the Twilight Zone, as did her Bewitched co-stars Elizabeth Montgomery and Dick York.
Anges Moorehead was the ultimate woman of women wish I met her in person or even a look alike they should make a movie of her soon. What a beauty she was. A woman with character and class cant find a woman like Anges Moorhead today in 2018
Agnes Moorehead rules!
I like how Agnes gives contestant Diane a reassuring pat just before Allan enters. The accomplished actress was most down to earth with the contestant.
Love the big hair!!!!!!
MOOREHEAD SMART!!!!!
It's not really fair because she is a witch and will know all the answers

thanks ptourist ^_^ ... unfortunately i'm in the same boat you are concerning the no TV deal :(
Agnes Moorehead did the Bewitched and Wild Wild West at the same time.
She only appeared on Wild Wild West once.
Agnes Moorehead was one of the most active Actresses in Hollywood, being on radio, television, stage and film, and on many occasions all in a similar timeframe.
MrVidaeverdade
Agnes Moorehead won an Emmy Award in 1967, for “The Wild Wild West,” episode, “Night of the vicious Valentine!”
🙂
She was such an elegant and beautiful woman with an old fashioned sense of social manners.
She was so amazing I just loved her. And her character Endora is absolutely Unforgettable
When Agnes Moorhead gave the clue "Said" for port, I thought I'd hear the buzzer, because when I used to watch password back in the 70s proper nouns were not allowed. Obviously that rule was established after this episode.
The passwords themselves were never proper nouns, but proper nouns were always acceptable as clues.
LOVE Angnes! She was from Indiana I think but sounded like a proper British lady!
Agnes was born in Massachusetts and is buried in Dayton, OH (her father was a minister in Dayton/Columbus).
Agnes Moorehead most beautiful woman in TV, film off and on, commercials where did all the real women go to.
Miss those days when young people acted like adults and long before grown women adopted that petulant daddy's girl persona you see and hear everywhere now.
@4:24, to my eye, it looks like Barry Nelson is wearing a "rug". Does anyone know whether he wore toupées? That hair doesn't look real.
whenever I see Agness I just wish there was a way to go back in time and warn her of her impending doom. Unfortunately they just didn't have the capabilities back then to discover her ailing condition.
after ukelele couldn't they have said Hawaiian??
I’ve never heard the word “ermine” before
Lol, agreed ^_^

Designing cloths for her children is ...let me modernize this, it's whack!
