I am 73 and have never seen anyone do a demonstration like this. Child, you have given a lot of women a real gift. Called hope. Now we know that there are products just for us. We know where we can start with looking for the right topper, and Jon Reneau is one of my favorite wigmakers. We also know how to measure what we need and how to put them on. With skin and eyes like yours, you could shave your complete head and still be gorgeous. I appreciate you so much for being online when I was browsing and thank you for the help I needed. God put you there to help others, and you helped me.

In 2018 I was in an accident and placed in the hospital for three months. I wasn't given my thyroid medication so my hair fell out in clumps. I now wear my hair in a ponytail all the time. I sometimes get depressed and cry but after watching you, sis you are so beautiful and a true inspiration!! The topper color is absolutely stunning with your peaches-and-cream complexion. My sister had serious hair loss with her end-stage illness. She began the wig journey, and I went along with her. I found out about toppers, but apparently didn't know much. This was very helpful, and you are courageous to do such presentations. For many of us, hair loss is devastating. I really hate to see it happen to young women; but if you all can have honest conversations about it, it will help.
Trista, I want to echo what several previous viewers have said about this being so very informative - from beginning to end! Thank you for not only taking your precious time to create this video that will help many, but for your willingness to be bare-naked honest and transparent. My own hair loss pattern is similar to yours but I do have a little bit more hair. I've been fooling people for years with the way I wear my hair, but I always have to have it in a clip to hide my thinness at the front and baldness at the back (crown). My hairdresser said to me, "wow, I thought you were like most Indian women who have thick hair, but your hair is so baby fine!" I have been nervous to buy a topper - not just because I had no idea what kind to purchase, and from where (as there are several sellers) but wondering if it could possibly look natural. You have not only answered all of my questions, but you have alleviated, my stress. God bless you! p.s. you are lovely through and through - prettiest eyes and supple skin!

Trista, this is the best video I have ever seen on hair toppers and I have watched more videos than I can count. You are very brave to show your hair loss and finally make people realize how hard and complicated it is to solve and deal with hair loss in women. It is hard to believe other people on line who claim they have thin/fine hair after i watch them add a topper and you realize after the video their hair is really isn’t that bad. I have been dealing with fine/thin hair my whole life and I wonder if some video people are just spokespersons for companies. Some “ spokespersons “ could wash their hair and add thickening products or get a good hair cut before making a video and It would be more believable. There are several reasons and types of hair loss, but men are held at a different standard. When men lose hair it is accepted, even expected, but when women lose hair it puts so much pressure on us to be more innovative. Thank you for your video and your detailed explanations. I have to agree with Betsy’s nest comment👐👐👐 This is a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟review of toppers!!! Such detail you didn’t miss a beat . I’m a hairstylist and have been wearing full wigs for a few yrs now not because of hair loss just my hair is wimpy and I’m of a larger stature and feel better with the added bulk from wigs around my top and crown area. Even when I use bodifying hair products to dry and style my hair, it just plops minutes later and all that styling time went to waste. After seeing this video, I’m definitely going to try a topper to get that lift vs my full wig. I was hesitant before to order any toppers because it takes time and $ to order multiple tops to decide which one is best and most companies have such strict policies for returns and take so much time to order and send back, order send back, order send back and on and on it goes and more shipping costs+ restocking fees etc. So THANK YOU TRISTA for taking laborious time to produce this top notch ( no pun intended) video!! This will surely add to my confidence in making a purchase with knowledge at hand and less mistakes when ordering!!! Trista, this video gives a lot of great tips. I am a retired hairstylist/ salon owner and master colorist. I have trained with great lengths extensions as well. Having fine hair myself, I stayed on top of all the ways to make hair look thick and voluminous. I definitely got some good tips from this video and will be sending a copy to former clients. Wow! It's 2023 and this information stands the test of time. I started with wigs afraid of topper movement. Well, hair loss makes the bio fine and slippery. My nape and behind the ears have peach fuzz, but a good hair line top to temple. I recommend monofilament on synthetic because you can cut in a bang and if comb the bang back it blends and synthetic hair stays put unlike human. I guess because they're fibers? I discovered it by accident. Back to the slippery problem, a hair topper eliminates the nape issue and IT STAYS performs well on the crown. I sincerely thank you for this detailed explanation of toppers. Thanks to you I can snoop with confidence. Jon Renau is my favorite go to as well. They really get the warm golden blonde right for my couple of wigs. ❤

I’m 74 and used to have Big Texas Hair now due medications and thyroid problem my hair has thinned out and I cut it short but after your video I plan to purchase a 12” topper in salt pepper or grey/white. I had the implants and they didn't take and I was out about $8,000. :(

In 2018 I was in an accident and placed in the hospital for three months. I wasn't given my thyroid medication so my hair fell out in clumps. I now wear my hair in a ponytail all the time. I sometimes get depressed and cry but after watching you, sis you are so beautiful and a true inspiration!!

The topper color is absolutely stunning with your peaches-and-cream complexion. My sister had serious hair loss with her end-stage illness. She began the wig journey, and I went along with her. I found out about toppers, but apparently didn't know much. This was very helpful, and you are courageous to do such presentations. For many of us, hair loss is devastating. I really hate to see it happen to young women; but if you all can have honest conversations about it, it will help.
Trista, I want to echo what several previous viewers have said about this being so very informative - from beginning to end! Thank you for not only taking your precious time to create this video that will help many, but for your willingness to be bare-naked honest and transparent. My own hair loss pattern is similar to yours but I do have a little bit more hair. I've been fooling people for years with the way I wear my hair, but I always have to have it in a clip to hide my thinness at the front and baldness at the back (crown). My hairdresser said to me, "wow, I thought you were like most Indian women who have thick hair, but your hair is so baby fine!" I have been nervous to buy a topper - not just because I had no idea what kind to purchase, and from where (as there are several sellers) but wondering if it could possibly look natural. You have not only answered all of my questions, but you have alleviated, my stress. God bless you! p.s. you are lovely through and through - prettiest eyes and supple skin!

Wow! this is the best introduction to toppers ever. I thought I needed a full wig. Turns out that is not the case! Now I have the confidence to wear the appropriate topper, thanks to the review of each hair piece and the education & tips on how to put the topper on.

Trista, this is the best video I have ever seen on hair toppers and I have watched more videos than I can count. You are very brave to show your hair loss and finally make people realize how hard and complicated it is to solve and deal with hair loss in women. It is hard to believe other people on line who claim they have thin/fine hair after i watch them add a topper and you realize after the video their hair is really isn’t that bad. I have been dealing with fine/thin hair my whole life and I wonder if some video people are just spokespersons for companies. Some “ spokespersons “ could wash their hair and add thickening products or get a good hair cut before making a video and It would be more believable. There are several reasons and types of hair loss, but men are held at a different standard. When men lose hair it is accepted, even expected, but when women lose hair it puts so much pressure on us to be more innovative. Thank you for your video and your detailed explanations. You are a good educator; have you ever thought about being a teacher ? Thank you so much for all your help.

This is a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟review of toppers!!! Such detail you didn’t miss a beat . I’m a hairstylist and have been wearing full wigs for a few yrs now not because of hair loss just my hair is wimpy and I’m of a larger stature and feel better with the added bulk from wigs around my top and crown area. Even when I use bodifying hair products to dry and style my hair, it just plops minutes later and all that styling time went to waste. After seeing this video, I’m definitely going to try a topper to get that lift vs my full wig. I was hesitant before to order any toppers because it takes time and $ to order multiple tops to decide which one is best and most companies have such strict policies for returns and take so much time to order and send back, order send back, order send back and on and on it goes and more shipping costs+ restocking fees etc.
So THANK YOU TRISTA for taking laborious time to produce this top notch ( no pun intended) video!! This will surely add to my confidence in making a purchase with knowledge at hand and less mistakes when ordering!!!

Trista, this video gives a lot of great tips. I am a retired hairstylist/ salon owner and master colorist. I have trained with great lengths extensions as well. Having fine hair myself, I stayed on top of all the ways to make hair look thick and voluminous. I definitely got some good tips from this video and will be sending a copy to former clients.

Wow! It's 2023 and this information stands the test of time. I started with wigs afraid of topper movement. Well, hair loss makes the bio fine and slippery. My nape and behind the ears have peach fuzz, but a good hair line top to temple. I recommend monofilament on synthetic because you can cut in a bang and if comb the bang back it blends and synthetic hair stays put unlike human. I guess because they're fibers? I discovered it by accident. Back to the slippery problem, a hair topper eliminates the nape issue and IT STAYS performs well on the crown. I sincerely thank you for this detailed explanation of toppers. Thanks to you I can snoop with confidence. Jon Renau is my favorite go to as well. They really get the warm golden blonde right for my couple of wigs. ❤

I’m 74 and used to have Big Texas Hair now due medications and thyroid problem my hair has thinned out and I cut it short but after your video I plan to purchase a 12” topper in salt pepper or grey/white. Our wig and topper shop was founded from hair loss so we get the journey and we always encourage toppers for someone who doesn't want to fully cover their hair just yet with a wig!
