That's a nice looking kit, ideal if you are doing smart repairs, would this be something you would use Wayne or do you use a gun for your repairs? I have a crack in the lower part of my front bumper on my SLK but it's colour coded silver, maybe one day I'll tackle it, John.

Hey john, yup it is a good all in one kit and I have used it on a couple of jobs. Normally I use Upol PlastX range and I’ve always been pleased with that but this kit offers a little and something a little different.
Re the slk bumper. It’ll be made from PUR and although this is hot weldable it requires a little more skill in plastic welding and the right welder. I will do something on this soon.
You may he better off cold welding it using something like the colad 2k cold weld system. I have done a video on that and it’s on here

Ok thanks Wayne I'll take a look at the video, the bumper has been cracked a few years now but hasn't got any worse. Sorry but this is a bit off-topic but what do you think of the Upol range? I'm currently using their S20:25 primer and I've tried the S20:80 clear, looking for a good cheap fast clear for single panel jobs, also tried the Quartz Crystal Clear and the Roberlo 610. I need something for the winter as my booth isn't heated.

Can’t really comment informatively on those products as I have never used them. I only use octoral for painting and glasurit uv for priming
