I would indeed enjoy more analysis videos, this obviously has a lot of time put into it, but since it was for a school project, I'm curious how good you'd make other analysis videos when you're not working on a time restraint, please continue to make more videos like this.
I always get sad when i remember how unknown this game is. I played this game, like 3 years ago and it was an amazing experience. Recently I discover that an Remastered version come out and i took the opportunity to remember the game, etc. And then, this video pop-out at the perfect time. Great video my dude, great analysis as well.
Shelltoast do you have half life’s hazardous environments on that playlist? It’s the tune that plays when the valve logo comes up while starting up a valve game.
I loved the remake and immediately went back to working on a video for its lore! This one feels incomplete to me now and I definitely want to gush about this game more again.
I know, it definitely is a lot. So many things are vague in this game and tbh I'm not satisfied with the way I made this video anymore. I have been periodically working on a goldenertraum video with a much more complete timeline of events simply because there's so many different things that need more elaborate explanations.
@@Shelltoast Well Ill be subcribing so I know when that comes out. I played Little Goody Two Shoes about a month ago and that became maybe my favourite game I've played. Completed Pocket Mirror GoldenerTraum my first time over the last week and now Ive just been dying to talk to people, or see content over these games but I havent been able too cause no one knows them. 😔
@@RedNayl I’ll try to speed up the process a little! I love this universe and it’s true that it’s much more niche than most. Kinda assumed that LTGS would expand the fanbase, and it did, but maybe not as much as I expected.
@RedNayl I'll still try to answer the deleted question. At least from my perspective, it's unlikely that the three personalities are real people. Both Ozzy and Walpurga are capable of creating life with souls (Elise and Enjel are very good examples). Elise, being a byproduct of Walpurga, has parts of her within. She would then pass this onto her children. Whether or not Henri seeing ghosts is related to Ozzy and his golden girls or Walpurga's magic is up for debate. But at the very least one of these two things adds to the plausibility that a mystical force allowed for Goldia's personalities to each have their own soul, even if they were contained within her mind. Enjel never exited Goldia's world, even after being granted the ability to become human (she was turned into a golden girl by that point). It's a matter that probably can only really be answered with theory crafting though so I never thought to include it in the video. In fact, there are much more wilder theories that could be made about this point, but it wouldn't necessarily have much evidence to go off of. There are quite a few things that Ozzy says throughout the series that are anecdotes without much further explanation, especially in that bonus room and the Witching Hour ending. So even if this all isn't correct, we can just take the quote that "he claimed the personalities souls" at face value. Apologies for the extended response!

This game gave me a headache I played the whole thing got one “good ending” but I still don’t know what was going on after 15 hours of playing.
