Hi ..on Good Friday morning of the Easter period...I awoke to water poring out of geyser, n THE copper pipes was tampered with...called plumber, fixed problem.. apparently thief/thieves tried to steal... I then started repeating this affirmation/chant incessantly......also asked /prayed for thief/thieves to get a change of mindset & not return..." they havent....out Of THIS experience " nephews will be installing alarm...cleared out the backyard......"Only Good will come & I Am Safe..Thank you ❤

This is so true! I just came through a trauma. Yes, I panicked as this trauma was significant and was starting to have a negative impact on every area in my life! I stopped one day and decided to change my thinking. I got proactive instead of reactive. I said this will all work out. I am always taken care of. I will come out on the other side of this and everything is working out in my favor. Literally the next day my situation was remedied and everything shifted in a direction that was for me not against me. ❤️💯

Thank you. I was staying," Everything is working out for me. Everyone is going my way ." This may be better. I need something to prevent me from getting mad at my upstairs neighbor who has BPD. She turns the water on every minute, yell to herself , baby talk to her self, stomp as she walks, and hit tht walls. This all last for hours every day. This get my anxiety up and give me headaches. I deep breath and meditate, but it don't work. I have to wear ear plugs all day , but it not good for my ears to fo this long terms. I hope it works. My neighbor tells me it's spiders attacking her, but this been going on for few years. Now, she come to me to day gaslighting me. Pointing out the gaslighting did not help. I pray i get out of this apartment soon. Thank you universe for helping me by sending me this video. Update November 1, 2023 Been doing the saying for a few months, saying don't work when my neighbor goes into here fits. I keep feeling unsafe . I say it when she is calm down by me playing frequency music for her through the ceiling. Yelled at me from her apartment," Just leave me alone." I yelled back," get some professional help." My financial freedom is coming very soon. So , I am getting out of my current place. I even meditate during her fits, but she get louder and louder to the point my ear plugs don't work. Any advice on dealing with this person? More louder she gets, the more my heart rate goes up. This triggers my anxiety.

Recently I heard of “green noise” which is SO soothing, but may be too gentle PS: please let me know how u r going ? Maybe I’m too late + u have moved
Many time her words help me overcome situations… last night I felt scared sad lonely, have no job. I have to pay the rent living in a foreign country and then I remember this sentence. All is well and I’m safe as time before she saved me ❤
Problems and stress and issues and bad news or hard times is life you can’t avoid them you can’t make them go away you have to face the issues and you have to learn how to handle these parts of life as you do when life is great! It’ll get bad again so be prepared! Any issue you’re having being positive about it or having a positive outlook will always have a better outcome than a negative one
