- There’s lots to learn about our present and past councillors, those that partook in this 98 year old scam especially, not all would have been aware of what’s going on sadly. The serious attempts to hide the history have required serious efforts to uncover it, much of it now revealed in my videos like…. Sir TG Jones KBE doesn’t sound like a criminal mastermind but his legacy lives on in Newton Estates ltd a company formed by himself and a London syndicate involving Westminster members, the culture of greed continued for 98 years until now when all our evidence could go into court and potentially regain control of Sandy Bay for the people to develop as mandated by covenants from the King in 1930 and the CPO of 1948.
First registration deeds obtained by BCBC in 2017 and Newton Estates in 2019 were obtained by blatant lies, the rapid sale by Newton Estates to avoid traceability and the push by BCBC to CPO all access points and the illegality of the “OWNERS AGREEMENT “ should be enough to stop this crime in its tracks except for Westminster’s ability to change protection laws in their favour working against us. - Розваги
In one old newspaper article it refers to the need for seaside recreational facilities after the introduction of a five day working week in line with Franklin Roosevelt’s 1938 act to diminish labour exploitation.
The 1948 purchase of Sandy Bay misused this and other acts (1906 open spaces act for public enjoyment to gain control of the land ultimately for financial gain by selling on ‘when the time was right’ for commercial development.
It wasn’t until 2002 when a Lord lobbied parliament to creat the Land registration Act did both BCBC & Newton Estates have a chance to convert their misappropriated public land into ‘legal’ ? deeds . BCBC claim to have produced a bundle of evidence to Land Registry, yet the 2005 first registration shows nothing was offered in evidence of legal entitlement 🤔😲.
The 200 acres covered by Park Dean was ‘legalised’ by a convicted fraudster, employed for his cunning and bare faced lying skills, predictably, immediately the deeds were obtained in 2019 his company conveyed the land over to other companies mainly London based, as were the original syndicate in 1929.
Just remember whatever excuse BCBC give for ‘appropriating’ our land the lost opportunities over 22 years through EU grants, Lottery grants means we’ve missed out on creating something for THE PEOPLE & not potentially filling the criminals pockets. So many wicked people trying to control Porthcawl from afar, people with no conscience, existing in a moral vacuum.
New evidence shows links between a convicted fraudster and our BCBC in two instances, a police or government inquiry should confirm that, a FOI request is likely to be delayed as long as possible, just as other FOIs have been dismissed as “ unable to answer” or “staffing issues “
Life is all about perception, some perceive predation as acceptable and just part of life to be tolerated,
Until it pokes you in the eye. The predatory actions of our ‘elected’ 🤔 leaders I liken to the magpies that are now watching for nesting activities, remembering the place & stage the nest is at to return for the kill , or the fox that kills not just for food but for the joy of killing.
BCBC are killing Porthcawl with their dishonesty and lies, the kids, adults and visitors will suffer to satisfy the greed of those bereft of empathy and morals.
February 22nd BCBC unable to satisfactorily answer the FOI request regarding documentation offered to Land Registry in their first registration claim in 2005 , the only evidence they could have proffered would have been the 1960 conveyance from Newton Estates who themselves through deceit obtained the first deeds in 2019 immediately transferring ownership several times to loose the scent.
A recently found letter dated 23rd April 2012 to Byron Davies categorically states Sandy Bay still had the definition of land held for recreation under the 1936 act , the act used to CPO Sandy Bay sanctioned by the then ‘board of health for recreation & public walks. If you believe that in this day of 24 hour tv & video games the best use of open public space is housing & ‘social cohesion’ as we don’t need exercise or fresh air then you won’t feel the need to voice disapproval over urbanisation 🤷🏼
My father was born 1922 in nantyfflon(. Hope I spelt it right ) small village maesteg, anyway I visited trecco bay from late fifties until now on occasions, it used to be brilliant for all sorts of things, what a shame now, Park dean is all about MONEY, and nothing else.

9th March 2022 there’s now talk of installing groins along Sandy Bay/ Coney beach , if true A.. totally unnecessary &
B…destroy the accessibility along the beach at high tide.
Just my opinion but if this is simply a ruse to stockpile rocks as a preliminary to sand control ( not sea defences) then everyone is lying again 🤔 as per usual 🤦🏻
Addendum… netting is an attempt to halt the sand blowing on the road, it won’t work as it’s been attempted along the caravan park and failed miserably 🤦🏻
Forgot to mention that a response a few years ago on Facebook was “ if you want it back you’ll have to take us to court”
So if someone says “want it back” it must mean they know we own it but they don’t want to give it back without a legal battle… silly b……s

Let’s get this straight 🤔 there’s a covenant from 1948 that says Sandy Bay is for recreation and leisure only, yet BCBC say they appropriated an area for council housing in 79. They then put it on the market but couldn’t get the asking price in 93, all this while it was chock a block with caravans, then closed the site and evicted everyone in 2,000 , all expected to work without legal ownership 🤷🏼 the rest you know by now.
It’s going to be interesting following all the backtracking & excuses for deceiving the ratepayers for over 20 years. Their legal department have a lot to answer for, regarding the advice as to what they could get away with. It’s not unusual to find LLBs involved in organised crime 🤦🏻
Although the evidence is irrefutable I’m sure many will say I’ve made it all up, the sources of the evidence were never ever meant or expected to be found / revealed, that’s how it got this far and continued for 90+ years.
The key to officially exposing this crime is a public enquiry to see what sort of answers they can fabricate. A refusal of an enquiry will be an admission of guilt 🤔
BCBC only admitted there were covenants because of my probing but focused in on the 1906 one because of the time lapse but played down the 1948 one as it still has 6 years to run.
Westminster were ‘told’ to amend the rules & make them retrospective to be able to legalise dilution of public protection from exploitation.
I realise I’m talking to myself but my comments are a record of events that many are unaware of eg the acreage Park Dean covers conveyed to new ownership in 2019 as soon as fraudulent deeds were obtained from land registry for £44 million.
If true ? that area was also miss appropriated in 1920-24. Just because the crime is old history doesn’t mean it should be forgotten because all of Porthcawl without realising it are victims.
Our neighbouring caravan park Park Dean is just one of hundreds all over the country, most merged under common management and run like organised crime. The tales of suffering and financial ruin are heartbreaking, their dreams turning into nightmares, with extortionate rents and draconian contract terms all these owners have as support are each other.
Our government are quick to change laws & regulations if it assists the members in making money but are reluctant to act in this example of exploitation 🤔 Wonder why ?
In the event of a public inquiry much of the evidence I’ve uncovered to back up questions can be screenshots off my videos or my comments below same, eg
- what evidence of entitlement was submitted to Land Registry in 2005 to acquire first registration deeds ?
-Why did the football stadium get abandoned?
- Why did you lie about beach erosion & Rhych Point being cut off ?
- why did they, back 22 years ago come up with 3 different reasons for shutting Sandy Bay camp site when none of them were true ?
- How many members of cabinet have been aware of the illegality of this alleged regeneration ?
- Are Newton estates influencing this urbanisation and if so did it begin in 1946 ?
- Are you aware of who now ‘owns’ Park Dean land ?
- Is taxpayers money being used to CPO Rhych Avenue - the fairground- & land adjoining Newton primary school?

Rumours of a Chinese purchase of the land illegally claimed by Newton Estates if true should be of great concern especially if Sandy bay is still on the market? Bad enough that Eric Morgan was running Porthcawl without another dictatorship joining in 🤦🏻

Jamie Wallis said to my face “they’re indestructible “ recently read letters prove the CPO in 46 was fraud involving PUDC & Newton Estates, they had hoped to get rid of all 256 acres ( we were lucky that time thanks to the board of health) .. 5 years later they’re dealing with the ministry of housing to borrow money for the freehold to allow housing, the reason the stadium never happened but was created to maintain the fraud, the various departments that could help appear to be complicit, this is big and dare I mention BLACKROCK 🤔 helping is just spreading the news as you’ll never see it anywhere else 🤝
@@GeorgeStrongAKABarry So it wouldn't help to fight this in the courts? The population of Porthcawl is 16,000 - I wonder what percentage of these would be against the development?
The independents or local councillors are scared of the whole sorry saga, over 40 years of planning, plotting & preparations has gone into this with blatant lies told to WAG departments and Lord Byron Davies and many others including the public.
My tack is an information storm, I’m beginning to get peoples attention through regurgitating past videos and documents & letters. This GANG have already wasted £ millions of taxpayers money and need stopping before any more damage is done. X

I'm disappointed that the independent and local councillors, and Jamie Wallis are afraid to fight the development - it will destroy our lovely seaside town and all for profit.
@@Lorraine311717 it’s not too late, they’ve done nothing yet , I’ve emailed head of BCBC and forwarded a few letters from 40s 50s they cannot possibly say it’s rubbish or I’m making it up, but at 72 and with such a crap outlook I’d happily sacrifice my life to save Porthcawl ✊🏻
Another video worth watching is YOU’VE BEEN ROBBED where old newspaper articles offer clues as to the true ambitions of the rulers of Porthcawl…. eg the Sandy Bay caravan park was the sole reason for a CPO sanctioned by the Board of Health in 1948 , though it was supposed to be comprehensively bought for far more uses than just a caravan park . It did allow the whole area to be stabilised to prevent sand movement, a big problem at that time.
