On a decade old map BCBC are shown to ‘own’ Newton Burrows up to Parish boundary, if that’s the case they’ll have deeds 🤔, also they’re bound by the several covenants from sir Raleigh Grey and King George V. Any attempt to develop or build any more houses on this land would be a breach of trust.

Once BCBCs plans were ‘disturbed’ by my revelations parliament were lobbied to amend legislation which removed the obligation to inform the public of future proposals by notices or announcements, it also ruled that the 1906 act which had protected certain land from development be extinguished. This has left us with a CPO fraud and the Kings decree, both provable in court only by carelessness on both parties ( yes there are possibly more) with their secrets 🤦🏻

The FRAUD perpetrated by sir TG Jones KBE in 1920 and again in 1930 was followed by sir TGJ negotiating with PUDC during WW2 to sell all 256 acres to them, obviously constrained by the Kings decree reasoned that being owned by a council could possibly overrule or ignore the decree, though PUDC generally weren’t aware of that constraint, the 1937 recreation act allowed for the CPOing of the land sanctioned by the Board of Health, the result of that only transferred 56 acres ironically financed by a loan from TGJs / Newton Estates very own loan company ( the Royal Society of Musicians of Great Britain) “absolute genius “

A statement in the video intimated the caravan site wasn’t profitable but in fact it made £1,000s for the council, so the lying has never stopped, even today lying to us continues, not sure they know what the true history is, especially when so many have been blinded by £ signs and untruths. It took 6 months + to get an answer surrounding the ownership timeline of Sandy Bay only to be told the council obtained the freehold deeds in 1960 ??? Forgetting to admit to making first registration in 2005 , only then without producing the 1960 conveyance as some sort of evidence get awarded full title in 2017, the Land Registry records state the only previous record of transfer was in 1920 which coincided with sir Raleigh Greys gift to the ratepayers.

A little known fact regarding the 1948 CPO, the sand and gravel companies who were allowed back on the land after King George V prevented future development were encouraged to leave quickly by the cancellation of any debts or liabilities to Newton Estates, being allowed to keep any profits from the sale of sand.

There are remnants of tarmac surfaces on some periphery roads, a sure sign journeys around the estate were enjoyed in a carriage without stony bumps.

The evicted caravan owners in 2000 had every right to be angry, just a shame these revelations have come too late for them, but not for the present residents , sadly many blinded by BS and an irrational belief that COUNCILS are there to serve the people’s interests 🤦🏻. We have a kakistocracy in charge of a magnitude beyond comprehension.

Since making this video the expected CPO inquiry, delayed then abandoned for reasons truly only known to a few, though personally I feel it was to cover up the fact that Rhych Avenue, in part, had never been registered throwing the whole CPO plan into disrepute, the inquiry would have exposed ALL parties to scrutiny, a loose loose situation all round.

Solitary birds like the Heron, Egret, Cormorant are regular targets of the gulls, seen as a threat to their food source the gulls mimic us humans, an even more vicious predator.

Born and bred in Porthcawl on woodland avenue remember travelling on the train, should put back through sand dunes heading for Ogmore by sea, heading for Newbridge fields and stick train station there.

I remember watching waves go over the Pier Hotel as a kid.

I recollect all those years ago a very disproportionate police campaign involving off road police bikes, helicopters and overtime working (weekends) one example was when 4 of us were heading towards the Claerwen dam along the valley floor when a police car passed by on the other side of the river, we stopped for food and a rest for 20 minutes or so , continuing on, one of us dropping his bike in the river 🤦🏻 , spending another 20? minutes pumping water out 😟 observed the police waiting below the dam 🤷🏼, they approached us once across the river and asked where we were going, so I said “you can guess where “ as there are two choices, go back or go forward, “ my brother rides a bike” the lady said “but our inspector told us to go out and harass you” 🤷🏼 .. Who do you think paid for all the extra hours, helicopter fuel etc 🤔 Probably the taxpayer, but only the government has that much power, especially the rich lords, I was lucky, my days of riding were coming to an end, but there’s still fight left in me for other worthy causes, even at 74 ✊🏻🤝👍🏻

I always suspected the early 2000 clampdown on off road activities was more to do with land ownership than environmental 🤔 it coincided with a new Land Registration Act which was enacted in 2002. Where I live has had very stunted development, which turned out to be linked to 256 acres of land that had no legal ownership until this LRA was introduced, claims went in in 2005 & 2007 by those groups that had inherited a land fraud, based on flimsy evidence and blatant lies Land Registry awarded them freehold deeds 🤷🏼. Extrapolating this scenario all over the UK you should be able to work out that land is now a very valuable commodity and access to it ‘if unregistered’ appears to be feebly policed or regulated, it’s just my opinion based on my experience, but worth considering when investigating any historic or current downgrading, eg a few trails were left as RUPPs as they passed through land of no commercial value ie Strata Florida & Monks Trod (regraded). Many in the House of Lords are large land owners so the more land you own the bigger your status, especially if that land has cost nothing to acquire as in my example (256 acres). I’ve shared much of the above story on my channel, shared amongst ten + videos, the last called 11 minutes of truth, worth persevering with just to see how corrupt our ‘representatives’ have been and still are 🤦🏻

Now as time drags on ( July 2024 ) it’s becoming plainly obvious that BCBC plc couldn’t give a …. about us residents, a scandal of immense proportions, I suspect controlled by fear and corruption, my video information is just a fraction of the hundreds of letters, newspaper reports, documents and plans, luckily for Porthcawl’s residents the extended fraud / s laid bare, the gullibility of so many in public service to coercion and illusion beyond belief 😢

Digging around on my MAC I’ve found more proper green lane GoPro footage to drool over, proper editing with some freeze frame / screenshots should create something watchable ( no gimbal type steadying software back then ), mostly all illegal now due to government interference. Just my opinion but the land registration act 2002 may have had some influence in closing some byways / RUPPs 🤔. An act lobbied for by a Lord Irvine so the rich and privileged could acquire more & more land, a topic I’ve covered in other videos of mine worth studying 🤝

BCBC has cancer, it’s eating away at democracy, fair play and common sense, those words aren’t in their vocabulary. A select group are totally corrupt, unfortunately a trait possessed by far too many these days 😢

Surprised at the views I’ve had within 2 days 😲 I hope people realise it’s just the fantasy of someone lucky enough to enjoy a period in time of less restrictive governance but still harbour the desire to go where no bike is allowed, 🫣 at 73 all just memories but isn’t that what life’s about, thanking our lucky stars for what we had, even if a dystopian future awaits us 😕. A few of my videos are an attempt to expose a crime or crimes against humanity 🙏🏻 and how complicit many are, prompted by greed and misplaced loyalty or friendship.

A previous plan to build ( under the guise of sea defences) a barrier along the beach which would prevent dune formation by its position. A allowing sand to be washed back to sea. B backfilling to create a promenade, basically a financial move as opposed to environmental. Lots of evidence exists of fraudulent grants being obtained from blatant lies, one of the biggest lies was classifying Sandy Bay as brownfield.
