Well now drugs are dirt cheap and the families can't help themselves, and our government can't help us. There's no penalties anymore. There's no shame, and people don't have pride like they used to, most likely because of bad parenting and the age of cell phones and social media.

I hope that eventually, tired of these hardships, they will have a revelation and break out of this fatal routine.
Weve always had homeless and drug addicts. Whats changed is that there is no longer any shame in these acts. No dignity. No desire to be decent human beings. All the things that were once considered indecent are now paraded about in public. And the government is ok with it, saying they dont want to infringe on people's "rights". They are responsible for their own addiction and suffering and the only way to help them is put them in a locked rehab facility until they are detoxed then into a jobs program with mandatory drug testing. Since you fill so strongly, you should be out their washing their feet and cleaning their tranq sores and put your money where your mouth is and give them mouth to mouth resuscitation when they pass out from the fentanyl . It sure would be a lot more helpful than just sniveling.
