An Evening with Wolf ("Een avond met Wolf" in Dutch) is the name of the park show in the Fairytale Forest's Open Air Theater that has been running since 2016 during Efteling's Summer Festival (Negen Pleinen Festijn aka Nine Squares Festival).
In this performance, Wolf is the only Fairytale Tree character. A red rug on the floor with a fairytale book on a stand, a leather armchair, a table with a radio, a lamp with a shade, and a picture frame with a photo of Wolf's mother complete the decor.
In a 20 minute performance Wolf explains why he feels alone. He tells the audience his version of the fairy tale "Red Riding Hood," with some references to "The Wolf and the Seven Goats" thrown in for good measure.
The songs sung are well-known Dutch pop songs with slightly modified lyrics to fit the story's context.

Before the show, the radio will play the original versions of some pop songs with a connection to the show, such as: "The Lady in Red" by Chris de Burgh, "Hungry Like The Wolf" by Duran Duran, "Rood (Red)" by Marco Borsato and "Roodkapje (Little Red Riding Hood)" by Pater Moeskroen (Father Mouscron).
