Hi, I have a problem with my access control board. Whenever I click on "Allow and Upload" I get an error saying "Communicate Failed". I'm able to check the status of the doors and scan cards, but I'm not able to upload access changes to the access controller.

Does it need to be connected to the network and the software needs to run all the time or is the software only used for programming? Does it support fingerprint?

he indicated that the software uploads the settings to the board, so it can run "offline" after that
When i click operations' the software asks for driver upgrade and closes, and ideas ? Please.

I personally have the software installed on a local server and access the panel via the RD Client app on my phone.
@@GIJew Local server on OS Windows? Can you view the entrances of visitors and open the door being very far away where there is Internet?
